Yesterday, events caused by the spacial anomaly tried but failed to remain classified by the PRT as many news agencies were there and were able to get video coverage of the arrival of Earth Bet's first Case 67, with the Protectorate attempting to capture him amd getting bodied so hard. The cape,named Rodrick Mormont proceeded to use some vibrational shaker effect that tilted the whole fucking Bay causing untold amounts of damage but luckily no deaths have been reported .What little we know - based on civilian reports, interviews and online posts - has been discussed on this thread: [LINK]
What little footage there is available shows the meeting with the Protectorate in the aftermath of the incident, speaking to them before obliterating both them and the Boat Graveyard which has inadvertently freed up the docks and Brockton Bay's shipping industry might end up returning before then opening a door-like portal and teleporting away afterwards: [LINK] [LINK] [LINK] [LINK] . While most of the footage of the preceding battle is disjointed, fragmentary - and in several cases has been taken offline almost as soon as it's been was posted - he hadn't seemed to try too hard and even then easily defeated most of the heroes in the PRT.
EDIT: It's now confirmed that Forge aka Rodrick is a Case 67 cape- an inter dimensional immigrant. The term he used initially to describe himself is a mutant as opposed to our term,Parahuman. Footage can be found here: [LINK] [LINK] [LINK] [LINK] [LINK] [LINK]

It must have been truly horrific if someone as strong as him who on first look is probably a Triumvirate tier cape has to pack up and leave just to try and find allies.

So days have gone by and we have gotten high quality video and audio of the first Case-67, Rodrick's first confrontation with the local capes in the bay. Let's get them in order.
First, The PRT and Dragon were invistigating spacial anomalies that appeared over Brockton Bay.
Second, A Case-67 appeared out of it. From an Earth we have had no prior contact or knowledge of. Looking alert and ready to fight when he was approached by Miss Militia and Assault.
Third, Rodrick Mormont asks about cape groups that do not belong to our universe. The Avengers and X-men. He realises he is surrounded by government mooks and it triggers something in him causing him to go on the offensive and not trust the Protectorate.
Fourth, easily puts down the Protectorate in two attacks something that even Lung cannot do. He proceeds to use his shaker abilities to "grab" the air and somehow cause Brockton Bay to tilt causing slight damage to infrastructure. Luckily it was not the entire city but mostly the Docks, Boat Graveyard and Liam's Boulevard.
Fifth, this caused tsunami's so to protect people from the tens of falling ships he somehow punched the air and turned it all to dust.
Sixth, He uses his sword and cuts open a portal and retreats easily from the still shocked Protectorate amd their troopers.
Seventh, a series of theft around Netherlands is linked to him after a camera picked up on him entering a Tech warehouse to steal from them.
Eighth, all Protectorate heroes have been healed by our very own White mage, Panacea but have been told to stand down from confronting him.
Ninth, PRT Director,Emily Piggot has gotten reinforcements to help hold him down. Alexandria is coming to the Bay folks.
What do you all make of this.

@Bagrat, I found some janky-ass footage which shows Jericho entering a building and never coming out in the Bay. Quality is piss-poor, but at least it shows him in motion. [LINK] You might wanna grab it quick - the site I originally found it at has already been taken down, and this copy'll probably get scrubbed soon too.

This site took a while to navigate and work on but I am done and ready to interact with you guys.
This can be a Q&A session. Let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Rodrick Mormont otherwise known as Forge in my working identity. I am an Omega Level mutant from Earth 626.
I was an independent hero loosely affiliated with the Xmen but most of my heroing was rescuing young mutants around the world from being lynched by mobs or even parents after they discover their powers.
I am a tech genius slightly on par with Tony Stark, Reed Richards and Doctor Doom and I am considered a candidate for the mantle of Scientist -Supreme, the title given to the undisputed best inventor and scientist on our planet.
An event happened that caused me to escape from my universe to seek aid but unfortunately I ended up in this universe that is more than twelve years behind mine.

The interfacing was so 2010 so I switched it up to the levels from 2024.I also rewrote the code using the STARK coding language which makes it very very hard to interprete or manipulate.
So now, The PRT and others government bodies can't just regulate what is said on here. The flow of information will be truly free and they will be unable to use PHO to track down or monitor people anymore.
Sure only I can do it now but I won't as truthfully you guys are not that interesting.
Mods can still ban people but only for hours or in severe cases,days.
Posts can't be deleted anymore but inappropriate posts will be blurred and a warning sign by the side which when clicked shows an option to see the post or not.
I also added a like option and also a block button to block people and their posts if you do not want to see them.

All Universes have a particular vibration specific to that universe. Tony Stark and Reed Richards from the main universe,Earth 616 found this out and shared this information to all their variants in all universes in some way only known to them.
The only way you don't know this is either they are already dead in this verse or they were never born.
I am not sure which is worse.
Answering you other question. The measurement of this distinct vibration allows us to name the Universes based on the calculations.
We have seen thousands of alternate Earths and other realities. I have even travelled to a few of them to help out.
I wish I could leave yours immediately but there seems to be some kind of barrier separating your multiversal cluster from the other universes in our universe.
I personally have calculated about ten thousand maximum universes in this cluster. Once I find a permanent way out of this barrier I am leaving.

Mutants are an evolutionary step of humanity in most universes. We have what is called an X-gene. A gene found in most humans in most universes we know which allows them naturally develop powers. It can awaken naturally,stay dormant or awaken in times of stress.
Mutants can develop any kind of power and I mean ANY. Most are weak, some are decent, few are godlike.
We are separated into five main levels but this is not a definite thing.I will however explain the top level
1) Omega Class: An Omega-level mutant is one with the most powerful genetic potential of their mutant abilities. Some abilities depicted by mutants described as Omega-level include immortality, extreme manipulation of matter and energy, high psionic ability, strong telekinesis, and the potential to exist beyond the boundaries of the known physical universe.
The most prominent example is a twelve year old called Franklin Richards, who is a Reality Warper on a Universal scale. Sadly, his family was off world when mutants were attacked by the US government.
2) Alpha Mutants: are the most powerful and most feared mutants. Alpha mutants have extremely powerful mutant traits without any significant flaws. Their power is extremely powerful and some even work on a planetary scale.
Examples are Professor X, an extremely powerful telepath that with the right tools can affect the whole Earth at once.
Other mutants have some minor quirks to them or lame powers like acid spitting or wall walking or lack control over their powers.

Ahhhh blatant intelligence gathering. I like it. Since your a kid I'll let it slide and even answer you so any fool that comes knows what he is getting.
My main mutant ability is called Forge. I can build anything and instantly understand everything about what I build. With it I created a portal gun which opens doors to other universes randomly.
I gained my vibration ability from a special earth that powers are contained inside rare fruits scattered everywhere in the world.
The name given to my ability is the Shock Fruit, a power said to be able to destroy the world as it can cause earthquakes on any meduim. This power forced my body to evolve so I can use its destructive potential so I became very very strong.
I would say I am about as strong as Alexandria.
