Shiki was making preparations for her students' training as well as for herself. The system delivered knowledge and how to use Flower Breathing, but knowledge is different from practice. Shiki is not a fool to think just because she has the knowledge of it, she will have the same proficiency as Kanao or Kanae with the breathing.
But still, Shiki is not without experience in general combat. Since childhood, she trained in capoeira and boxing, she even won local tournaments, so combined with her taijutsu knowledge from the ninja academy, she is confident that she will at least be able to defend herself effectively.

Shiki left home, locking the door, and going towards the training area. Fighting a bunch of super energetic kids with superpowers sounds horrible, but that's her life now.

Shiki arrived at the training area half an hour earlier, where the students were already there.
"How can you arrive after all of us?" Rina said, stamping her foot on the ground, the other two just nodded without saying anything.
"I'm still on schedule, so don't bother me, and besides, I arrived early!" Shiki would walk to the center of the training field, stretching her arms and doing a simple workout. With a quick movement, she took off two tantōs, two swords the original host of this body had with her. They are similar to all the others, the only difference being the hilt being circular, allowing Shiki to hold the sword.
"Okay then, your first training is to survive for two hours." She would place a sand hourglass upside down right away, and without waiting or a warning, she advanced against her students.
"WAIT-" Shiki was already in Rina's face. Shiki's movements are smooth but with a touch of laziness, making a heavy attack against a non-lethal area. Rina tried to defend herself with her own blade, but due to her inattention and poor posture, Shiki's attack caused Rina's sword to fly away. She turned her body to the side, kicking Rina in the ribs and throwing her far away.
"Earth-Style: Earth Spear jutsu!" Kin, the smaller boy with black hair, prepared his jutsu. From the ground, a spear of dirt and rocks emerged and shot towards Shiki.
"Second Form: Honorable Shadow Plum" Shiki, with her twin tantōs, quickly began to cut in different directions, creating a sphere around her body in a quick motion. The stone spear was completely destroyed, but she was already getting closer to him.
"What!?" Kin's face was full of shock, he didn't know what type of kenjutsu this was. After all, he was never taught anything like it at school. Maybe she is from a clan?
Shiki looked for Kentaro, and unlike the others, he tried to hide but sadly got sensed by Shiki. Kentaro's breathing stopped for a second, and the color disappeared from his face. Shiki was still advancing against Kin. Shiki grabbed his arm and threw him against the tree where Kentaro was hiding.
"Dammit!" Kentaro jumped, catching Kin in midair and preventing him from crashing into a tree. The fact that they were trying to work as a team was surprising enough.
"You guys only have one minute to hide. Go." Shiki left an opportunity and a bit of mercy for them to try to escape; after all, she wanted to see how far their abilities extended.

Her body was much more agile than Kin Earth jutsu, and now with total concentration, her body is stronger and nimbler. She used her agility to navigate around the trees.
"Everyone get ready t-" Kin warned his allies until Shiki appeared behind him, putting a blade around his neck.
"You're out, but I must admit it was a good use of Clone and Ambush." Kin fell to his knees on the branch, not believing he lost so soon. Rina and Kentaro run away, smiling and humming. Shiki waits for a few seconds to give her students a new chance before sprinting again. Rina was escaping until she was surprised by a wooden kunai passing by her cheek.
"Hello, little girl!" Shiki was sitting on a branch, waving her hand in a gesture of a nod. "Such a nice day, don't you think?" Rina wasted no time and assumed a defensive stance, she was without her sword, as she hadn't retrieved it, having only a kunai in her hand.
'She is the only member with a renowned clan on the team, and even though it is nowhere near Konoha's, her clan is still influential in Kumogakure.' Shiki tilts her head to the side a little with a teasing grin.
Rina's hand She was trembling, trying to prepare a jutsu that Shiki recognized as a clone jutsu but failed.
"Don't get distracted!" She got scared the moment Shiki advanced with the twin swords in hand. Shiki grabbed Rina's arm, lifting her up like a sack of potatoes. A cold sweat fell across Rina's face when she saw the sword pointed at her neck.
"You're out, Kentaro, don't forget that it was your obligation to help your ally." Shiki threw another wooden kunai towards the foliage of a tree, seeing a figure leaping out from its hiding place.
'Damn it! Why should I protect my allies? If they're not strong enough, it's not my fault!' Kentaro ran more and more, pulling his sword, but what he saw made his mind go blank.
"Third Form: Petals in the Wind" Shiki made an attack in the form of a cyclone, trapping Kentaro, then pushing him with the sword. He jumped to try to get away, picking up a kunai from his bag and throwing it in Shiki's direction.
His kunai missed the trajectory going upward, Kentaro's anxiety made him miss the target. Shiki appeared in front of Kentaro, placing the sword near his chest.
"OUT!" So the training ended, and all three joined the training field. Even though they had done well in the beginning, anxiety and fear took over.
"You all did well, but still let your fears overcome. Tell me just one reason why you shouldn't send you all back to the academy." Shiki crossed her arms, looking at them.
"We can become stronger! It would be unfair for us to go back there!" Rina stamped her foot as she tried to say something, the others looked at the ground with anger and sadness in their eyes, not knowing how to respond.
"It's not a good answer, but you all passed, but remember not to let your fears overcome reason!" That's bullshit. Shiki was also a little scared seeing a stone spear heading towards her but couldn't show it.
"YES, SENSEI!" They all bowed, apparently beating them up was enough to stop them from being such brats.
"Sensei! Teach me how to use the sword like you!" Kentaro took a step forward, amazed at how he was before. I thought Rina would be the one to ask.
"You are as weak as a mouse, so you will train your body first!" Saying it with a bitter smile on her face, Shiki started to get lazy again. Their faces closed in a smile when they heard that, but Kentaro was still excited to learn how to use the sword like that.
"Rest for an hour, and you will run thirty kilometers! Tomorrow, the real training will begin." Those few words made everyone freeze in that moment, they all fell to the ground defeated. If this were an anime, they would be in black and white, withered in the ground.
'I'm going to steal Saitama and Guy's training to use on them.' Basic and common training, but it would have a great effect on them.
