After listening to Molly's account, Ian, Felix, and Leo couldn't help but feel a surge of admiration.
Her calmness, quick wit, and decisiveness made them all feel inferior. Even if they were in her place, they doubted they could have done any better.
[Boiling Alive]: "Sister Molly is awesome!!! Molly forever the goddess!"
[Super Block Man]: "Molly is insane!!! Absolute legend!"
[Starving Platform]: "Molly's brain = 10,000 IQ confirmed!"
[Freezing Cold]: "Ah, don't tease me like that, everyone. Honestly, I made plenty of mistakes too. I wasted a lot of resources during preparation, and the information I spread didn't really alert many people. I'm not as great as you all say."
[Super Block Man]: "Don't be so modest, Molly. You did really well and worked hard. It's just that not many people believed you. You shouldn't blame yourself for that."
[Boiling Alive]: "Yeah, don't blame yourself, Sister Molly. You couldn't have known exactly when the apocalypse would start."
[Boiling Alive]: "Besides, think about it — from an ordinary person's perspective, if someone suddenly said the end of the world was coming, they'd think you were joking. If you kept insisting, they'd probably think you were crazy and call the police."
[Starving Platform]: "Exactly. Don't blame yourself, Molly. If someone told me before I transmigrated that the apocalypse was coming and I should start stockpiling, I'd just think they were trying to sell supplies. We lived in a peaceful society — doomsday felt too far away from us."
[Freezing Cold]: "Mm, thanks for the comfort, everyone. Anyway, enough of that — I just noticed the group chat now has a photo feature. Must be a new update, it wasn't there before."
[Freezing Cold]: "Supplies.jpg"
[Freezing Cold]: "I'll take some photos of my supplies and post them here. Let me know if there's anything you need."
[Super Block Man]: "Molly, your warehouse looks pretty well-stocked! Can you send me a little of everything? Once I get things running smoothly, you can just ask me for whatever you need later. When I start traveling between worlds, I'll give you a lift!"
[Freezing Cold]: "Alright, big shot. Give me a minute though, there's a lot to go through."
[Super Block Man]: "By the way, Molly, do you have any gold? I only need a tiny bit."
[Freezing Cold]: "Oh, what a coincidence, I actually do! Hold on, I'll send it to you."
[Freezing Cold]sent a Red Packet to[Super Block Man]
[Freezing Cold]: "The person I transmigrated into had a small gold bead hanging around her neck. It's too tiny to sell — I've never dealt with jewelry before, so I just kept it."
[Freezing Cold]: "Oh right, big shot, do you need anything else?"
Ian thought for a moment, recalling the redstone machines he'd built in-game. Something was missing.
Hmm, better write this down once Molly sends the notebook and pen. I don't want to forget any details.
[Super Block Man]: "Emmm… actually, yeah. Do you have any quartz? Or obsidian will do."
Quartz was exactly what Ian lacked most right now. If he couldn't get that, obsidian would work — he could use it to build a Nether portal and try his luck there.
[Freezing Cold]: "Sorry, big shot, I don't think I have any. I wouldn't even recognize quartz or obsidian if they were right in front of me."
[Super Block Man]: "That's fine. It'll just slow down progress a little."
[Boiling Alive] sent a Red Packet to [Super Block Man]
[Boiling Alive]: "Big shot, I might have quartz or obsidian here, but I can't really tell. I picked up a bunch of different rocks. Take a look and see if any of these help."
Ian accepted the Red Packet, and a pile of various stones appeared before him. He tossed them into the Transmutation Tablet, and to his delight, quartz actually appeared among them.
Nice, just one last piece of the puzzle left.
That final piece, though, would take both time and luck to obtain.
Before that, he needed to make some EMC substitutes to expand his Skyblock. Using the old methods was not only inefficient but exhausting.
With that decided, Ian checked everyone in the chat, confirmed no one else needed help, and began tinkering.
Emmm, first this, then that, then this… and this… finally that— huh? Not working?
Maybe it's this way first, then that, then this, then that, and finally that?
After several tries, a rhythmic click-click-click sound filled the air.
"Phew, finally! I was starting to think these mechanics were banned or something!"
Before him, a strange contraption began devouring the energy of the void and producing threads endlessly. Of course, that was just Ian's imagination — normal physics didn't apply here. Minecraft didn't follow energy conservation; ironically, the only thing that respected it was his own Transmutation Tablet.
"Hehe, automatic string farm, acquired!" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXESZvEvIvI)
Every second, new threads were pushed by the water flow into the hoppers below and collected into a chest.
After filling an entire row of chests, Ian sold them all to the Transmutation Tablet.
"Haha, Ultimate Transmutation Tablet is so convenient! Ultimate Tablet forever the GOAT!"
Then, with another thought, Chests were placed again within the operable range. Although it was convenient, Ian was still not satisfied. After all, when other resources piled up later, he couldn't keep manually coming back to collect EMC.
"Oh, right! I remember — the Transmutation Tablet mod had an auto-sell feature, didn't it?"
"There were so many other artifacts in that mod too. But wait, my version didn't list them… don't tell me they're missing? Please no, that'd be a waste!"
Ding… As if hearing his thoughts, the Transmutation Tablet lit up.
[Ding, generating… retrieving data… Ding… generation complete. Congratulations, Equivalent Exchange Module synthesis permissions unlocked. JEI Item Manager activated.]
The Ultimate Transmutation Tablet hummed softly. So these useless things actually work, huh? I thought you'd never use them — but since you want them, fine, I'll add them back.
"Whoa! It actually has them! The Ultimate Transmutation Tablet is awesome! The Ultimate Transmutation Tablet is forever divine!"
Then Ian froze. "Wait a second—JEI too? This is a full mod, isn't it?! Hey, big guy, can you actually unlock mods?!"
But no one answered.
