Welcome, operatives and researchers, to the Kaiju Annihilation Corps—or as most of the world knows us, the KAC.
If you are listening to this, you are among the 0.03% selected from across multiple worlds to join our organization. Your presence here means you have shown exceptional resolve, intellect, or combat ability.
I wish I could greet you in person, but this message is a recording—left behind before I departed on a mission to investigate an oncoming calamity. If my calculations are correct, our worlds don't have much time left.
Your duty while I'm gone is simple in words, impossible in nature:
Observe and Research.
Record everything.
Do not let the unknown consume us.
And contrary to the word, Kaiju, being in our name, Kaijus are only one threat. There are beings from other worlds that can bend and manipulate the laws of the universe, artifacts that contain unspeakable horrors, doors to worlds we were never meant to step into.
You will have access to my personal archives: unfinished research, field notes, containment files. Treat them not as truths, but as warnings.
Protect this world. Protect every world you can.
And remember: If we fall, others will follow.
Within my files, you will encounter beings or objects that are categorized into 1 of 4 categories:
Category 1: Localized Threat - An existence that can be quickly neutralized or kept "safe". Most beings classified as such are mainly harmless. However, I do not recommend provoking them. Localized Threats mainly take place within a town or city.
Category 2: National Threat - An existence which can pose potential threat on a countrywide scale. Can be contained but will most likely end in the neutralization of the subject if higher chain of command deems necessary.
Category 3: Global Threat - An existence that has the potential to be a danger to the world and those who inhabit said world. Most Kaijus documented are of this level. Most of our fighters should be capable of fending off these threats.
Category 4: Existential Threat - Must eliminate. Any categorized as such will face elimination. Their power far exceeds previous categories as they have the capacity to destroy the world and reality itself. Preparation is required. Must send our most prominent fighters if possible.
Category 5: Omega Threat - End of Existence.
Of course, these are just 5 categories. These are just the beginning of the files. Subject to change in future documentation.
