Chapter 107: I'm Your Brother's Crewmate

Something surprising and delightful for Ace happened quickly.

The figure speeding through the sky suddenly halted in mid-air. The sunlight outlined the person's silhouette; no matter how you looked at it, this was a woman who would be undeniably attractive to men from any angle.

The figure extended a slender, gloved finger and pointed at him from afar.

Immediately after, holding another person in her arms, she plummeted toward the ground, landing in a secluded, empty alley not far from him.

Ace raised his hand and tapped the brim of his hat with his knuckles, a thoughtful look gradually appearing in his eyes.

He roughly understood what she meant: Stay there, don't move.

But who exactly was this mysterious figure capable of flying freely through the air? He didn't seem to recall knowing any friends like that.

With curiosity and anticipation, Ace did as instructed and stood his ground, gazing in the direction they had landed.

About five or six minutes later.

Two figures, one tall and one short, gradually came into Ace's view.

These were two young women with seemingly excellent figures. Their heads were wrapped in scarves, obscuring their faces, but just their silhouettes and eyes gave off a stunning impression.

Ace's gaze involuntarily fell upon the head of the slightly shorter figure.

It was a pair of horns completely different from Yamato's in both color and shape.

He vaguely remembered Yamato's horns being a vivid red, growing from her forehead and looking like ox horns. The horns before him, however, had black and red patterns, curving from the top of her head toward the back, looking more like goat horns.

Probably not related to Yamato, he thought to himself, dismissing his initial idea that she might be Yamato's little sister.

As the two got closer, Ace slowly reined in his scrutinizing gaze.

He took off his hat, bowed slightly, and chuckled politely. "Hello, ladies. My name is Ace. Since you specifically called out to me, I assume you know me?"

He was a casual and direct person. Curious about why these two had stopped him, he naturally asked right away.

But he didn't expect the other party to be even more direct than him.

"Yes, hello."

The shorter girl spoke. Her voice was clear and gentle, soothing to the ear. "My name is Ganyu. I am a crewmate of your little brother."

The smile on Ace's face froze instantly, and a look of astonishment spread across his entire face.

My little brother's crewmate?

Luffy's crewmate?!

While he was stunned, the two women raised their hands and undid the scarves wrapped around their heads.

As the fabric slid down, it revealed two young girls with the same hair color but each possessing their own unique, stunning beauty.

Ace's gaze focused mainly on the face of the shorter, horned girl.

Without a doubt, it was a flawless face—so beautiful that even he, a pirate who usually paid little attention to the opposite sex, felt his eyelids twitch twice.

But more than her appearance, her identity shook him.

"You are..." The astonishment on Ace's face quickly faded, replaced by irrepressible excitement, his eyes lighting up. "'Frost Arrow' Ganyu, right?!"

His gaze toward the two softened.

A few days ago, he had seen Luffy's wanted poster, and naturally, he had also seen the wanted posters of his two crewmates: the 16-million-berry "Frost Arrow" and the 15-million-berry "Pirate Hunter."

At the time, he had been impressed by these two posters, happy that Luffy had found such excellent companions.

"Mm."

Ganyu nodded gently.

She was just about to reach up and fix her hair, which had been messed up by the scarf, but Vivi beside her had already naturally extended a hand, carefully tucking a few loose strands of blue hair behind Ganyu's ear.

Ganyu paused slightly, glancing sideways at her. Seeing Vivi's serious and focused expression, she accepted the kindness and turned back to continue speaking to Ace.

"We saw the note you left on Drum Island. Luffy... also asked me to say hello to you for him."

"Haha, thanks, but that guy wouldn't be that polite."

Ace grinned broadly and cheerfully. After teasing Luffy, he hurriedly asked with anticipation, "Where is Luffy? Did he also arrive in this city?"

As he spoke, he looked around, clearly searching for a straw-hatted figure that might appear.

Ganyu explained, "They probably won't arrive for another half a day. I left the ship and landed ahead of them because of some urgent business..."

At this point, she paused, her gaze sweeping over the pedestrians passing by on the street.

There were too many people outside, and Vivi's identity was too sensitive. It wasn't appropriate to explain everything clearly to Ace right here.

Ace understood immediately. He turned sideways and pointed to the restaurant behind him. "Then why don't we go into the restaurant and chat? About Luffy's crewmate's business—maybe I can help?"

Hearing this, Vivi's fingers, which were fixing Ganyu's hair, suddenly stiffened.

She turned her head and looked at Ace with hesitation.

During their descent just now, Ganyu had introduced Ace's identity to her, so she knew this was Luffy's older brother, a very powerful person.

But they really weren't close, and she couldn't just ask a stranger for help to his face. Having Luffy, Ganyu, and the others help was already enough for her.

Ganyu held her hand and said warmly, "It's okay. Treat him to a meal, and you might get an unexpected harvest."

"Unexpected harvest?"

Vivi looked confused, not quite understanding Ganyu's words.

She was puzzled. As Luffy's brother, Ace doesn't look like an ordinary person. Would he need me to treat him to a meal?

However, before she could voice her doubts, Ace's eyes had already lit up. He leaned in impatiently, his tone filled with joy.

"Really? You can treat me to a meal? That's great!"

"Uh... naturally... I can." Vivi nodded subconsciously.

Although she didn't understand why, as the Princess of Alabasta, treating someone to a meal was a trivial matter.

Besides, Ganyu had been flying for so long; she needed to rest too.

"That's really wonderful! Haha, without you guys, I might have had to dine and dash again."

Ace happily patted his stomach and turned around without standing on ceremony, leading the way into the restaurant.

Watching him walk familiarly into the restaurant, quickly choose a window seat, and raise his hand to call the waiter, Vivi and Ganyu, following behind, exchanged a glance. Both saw a hint of shock in the other's eyes.

This guy... is a bit too familiar, isn't he?

Anyone who didn't know would think he was the one treating them.

"Wait," Vivi suddenly remembered something, her expression turning a bit strange. She lowered her voice and asked Ganyu, "When he said 'dine and dash again' just now... does that mean...?"

"Uh, it's probably exactly what you think." Ganyu nodded helplessly.

She felt that this guy was just like Luffy—the type with thick skin and no shame.

Although on the surface he seemed smarter and more polite than Luffy, his essence was actually the same.
