Haley was one tough cookie and she knew it, she had broken up with a stuck-up prick of a prince and had kept on moving.
Not only that, when she had realized that she was unhappy, Haley had quit being the chief executive officer of Slater Group. From there, she had gone on to pursue her dreams and she had thrived. In fact, with respect to her photography, she was still thriving. That showed guts, it showed resilience, and strength.
Now, Haley had essentially ended things with the love of her life. She told him she wanted a divorce. It did not get any more serious than that when it came to showing just how tough she was. Haley was absolutely fine with that. Ever since dropping the giant bomb on Deacon, she had gone about her life, nothing had really changed for her. She was back in her old apartment, the apartment that she'dbought with her own money, which showed yet another way in which she was tough.
