"But right now I am only interested in paying you 50 tier 1 mana stone per week." Nil said after sitting on the negotiation table again.
"I accept." She replied hastily."
Right now she have already figure out something about Nil, he reduces the pay the more she try to get a higher pay.
"Well let's talk about the terms of the deals then and finalize the deal." Nii said as he started listing out the terms and conditions of the deal.
From the start when he want to hash out the deal with the lady he only intend to pay her no more than 200 tier 1 mana stone per week.
He intentionally stake 10% share of the profits of everything he sells at her shop because he wanted her to drive her imagination wild by calculating how much legendary stuff Nil will be selling at her shop and how much she will be receiving from that.
He never intend to let her have a share of 10% from his profits, Nil is not that generous, no.
All the step he had take, all the words he had spoken during the deal is to bring the price down to his intended payment.
What he never expect is for her negotiating skill to be so bad, very bad that she could not even hold her ground at negotiating with Nil while he is in fact only employing not up to half of his own negotiating skill.
After discussing the terms of the contract with Nil, Nil pulled out a soul contract and fill the terms of the contract on it.
And the lady also oversaw everything Nil wrote down on it, checking every clause, every terms if they are true to how they agreed.
And when Nil state that she can only sell materials that is his own and hers she also add her own term which state that Nil can only sell things through her shop, he is not allowed to sell his materials through other shop as long as the contract still exist which earn her a raised eyebrow from Nil.
But except for that, he sign the contract without much interruption.
And of course the duration of the contract is a month.
She had propose for a year, but Nil insisted on a month.
"Nice being partner with you." Nil offer her a handshake as the contract dissolve until tiny particles and enter both their body after they sign it.
"Nice being partner with you." She said back with a smile.
Though it pain her that she had to concede so much to Nil, she still convince herself that she is profiting from the deal.
"Now for the first opening of the shop, I would like to get more picture of you and also some videos where you are promoting the goods of the shop.
Speaking about goods what are the goods that you will be bringing to the shop?"
"Too much words, try to speak less. Alright?"
"Alright." She replied still expecting a reply about the goods she ask from Nil.
"About the goods, I can bring anything to the shop to sell, however right now what I want you to sell is mana stones." He pause for a moment studying her expression before he continue.
"There is a mana depot right here" Nil materialized a paper with his skill [Form] and on the paper is a drawing of a map which has a certain spot circled.
"Gather workers, buy tools and the things you think will be necessary for excavating the mana stones."
Nil brought out the ten mana stones inside his inventory that was rewarded to him for subduing the sand cat Ancestor.
"But you should not just go around and start employing random workers, at the back of the paper you'll find the names of people there, trustworthy excavators. They are the only ones I want you to employ, no more." Nil concluded dropping the mana stone on her table.
'What a legendary figure he indeed to have already find a place full of mana stones.' The lady thought.
And with a serious expression she said. "I'll follow your order to the absolute best of my ability."
"Of course, you will, Sarah. Of course you will." Nil said calling Karlac closer.
"This is my beast companion Karlac, he is at the Liquid Crystalization realm, if you need any help dealing with deserters or thief's he will help you deal with that."
Although Nil is absolutely sure that the people on the list are peoples who are very honest and loyal, and they will not try to steal the mana stones because he have done all the research about those NPCs in his own universe Genesis.
He also knew it is in human nature to change character whimsically, that is why he added Karlac as the overseer of the expedition.
But the lady was stunned at what Nil just said.
Not at the fact that he have a beast companion at the Liquid Crystalization realm.
She is stunned at that fact too, a little bit.
But what truly stun her is that Nil actually just call her by her name, her real life name not the nickname she have adopted, but her real name which she have never mention to anyone ever since she enter the game.
"Is there a specific name that I should be using to call you, as in your real name?" She asked after regaining her bearing.
"Just call me Father."
'What a cool way to say his name.' The lady thought imagining a fierce aura radiating outward from Nil.
"Karlac, from now on you listen to all the command of the lady like they were mine as long as the commands are not outrageous. And you can use the time of the expedition to take care of your kids."
Nil said as he head out of the shop.
"Thank you my lord." Though Nil have left the shop, Karlac still bent down on his knee and thank him.
How Nil was able to know the lady name?
As soon as he enter the he had activate the skill [See], which show...

"Now to the quest." Nil said.
Not bothering to look at her inventory or her skills repertoire. He could view those too if he want but he never view them and rather set his focus on the quest.
