Moond pov
"Ah well, h-hello ma'am." I say. my nervousness creeping up my neck, i look around awkwardly "Oh hello there, you must be shado's lost prince?" She asks, her tone professional but the hint of red on her cheeks betray her. "Yes, indeed i am. My name is moon, a pleasure to meet you." I smile warmly whilst attempting to introduce myself.
"Ah well a pleasure to meet you aswell prince moon, its an honor." She says, her voice neutral and calculated, as if sizing me up. As we keep staring at each other awkwardly
"Well, can i uh... Get your name at least?" I ask her, my voice trembling with slight awkwardness. "Oh my name is Abel Verdigold, daughter of the sword saint." She says, as if she's memorized it word for word.
As we both continue staring at each other, as she blushes even harder. And then i feel a slight push from behind, its sun. "Hey!" I whisper out "the hells your problem!"
Suns pov
"Just move out the way lost boy" i say, my tone degrading and insulting.
I then let out a hand for Abel to take and just as she takes my hand i take her to the middle for a dance "im really better than that old lost boy, you should love me instead my dear." I say, watching her cold face become even colder as she dances with me forcibly "im the heir too." I say, trying to win her attention so i can just potentially marry her as a trophy and make my big brother suffer. Abel then speaks up "if you'll excuse me." As she lets go of my hand and walks straight back to moon. Who was pathetically sitting alone because of his lack of etiquette.
Moons pov
"I didn't think there will be so many people, And one such as beautiful as Abel! Its just stupid... Since when did my dad even become a royal?!" I say to myself quietly, observing everyone carefully." Although i don't really care, i just came to socialize anyway, i didn't want to leave with the love of my li-" my thoughts get interrupted when my hand suddenly gets pulled, and its Abel?
She tugs at my arm, urging me to go for a dance "just once, moon?" She says in a cute, feminine voice. "Alright fine, but remember that i don't know how to dance." She interlocks arms with me and we head to the middle of the ballroom, she then starts whipping out some serious moves in dancing and i just flow along with her "guess im a natural huh." I say to her, my tone sarcastic but doesn't manage to hide the flusteredness "you really are good at this." She says, her blush growing, her silver hair flowing like water and blue eyes that stare right into my soul.
As we finish dancing for a few minutes, she tugs me arm and says "follow me." I do what i am told and she takes me to some empty hallway "any reason why you bro-" i get cut off with her lips on mine, her entire face red from blushing. The same as me. "What the..." I look at her, confused and shocked before grinning "i knew you were staring too hard.." i tease her, my tone mocking with an edge of surprise "and don't you think its too early to kiss me? We just met." I tease again, maintaining that same tone, perhaps even more mocking. "Shut it, you're just too handsome. Pretty boy." She says, looking me dead in the eyes. Her voice a tangle of flusteredness and joy.
"Aren't you attending Shadovias magic Academy?" I ask , my curiosity getting the best of me. "Yeah, why do you ask?" She confirms, looking at me once again before shoving her face straight in my chest "ow- looks like you'll be seeing me there." I say, she practically lights up in joy. "R-really?!" She asks, suprised and grips my sides as if i were about to disappear "yeah, really. Now please let's get out of this hallway before someone suspects us of doing... Not so appropriate... Acts" i giggle out jokingly as she blushes even harder.
After going back and walking the sword saints daughter out and meeting the spear heros daughter before she leaves i finally get to rest, but sun is looking at me strange... As if hes plotting something, something that could disgrace him as a mage.
