Once Arrax and Daenerys became one, the transmigrater took there place as a True God, one of the Fourteen Flames, Leader of the Gods of Old Valyria.
Dany POV
I opened my eyes as a baby to see a beautiful woman looking weak as knowledge came to me of my past life and now my new one as this is Rhaella Targaryen, my mother as we are on Dragonstone.
"My little dragon." (Mother)
It saddens me that she will die but once I begin my rule, I'll bring her back I promise.
Everything happened as I was now in Essos with my dumbass brother Viserys, he thinks he can control a dragon but he's dead wrong as I was married to Khal Drogo but the night of the consummation I knocked him out to wave my hand as a drop of blood appeared out of him as I mixed it with mine to begin the process of having a child.
I let Drogo think we had sex but it's just illusion as I've been seeing Westeros to begin using a spell on the people to see me as the one true ruler.
Then I teleported Blackfyre and Darksister to me as I sat next to the three dragon eggs Jorah Mormont brought but then I killed him as I had no time for that as I sent his soul to be in paradise but killed the Three Eyed Raven.
As then Khal Drogo got hurt as I was pregnant which led to him getting sick as Qotho tried to attack me as I took Jorah's sword he no longer need for as to slash his throat as he fell dead as I looked at all the Khalasar.

As I went back into the tent to Mirri Maz Duur finished with Drogo as I called the Khalasar to apprehend her for killing the Khal, put her somewhere as I'll deal with her as the witch laughed.
"You have lost everything!" (Mirri)
"No, I still have what I need to build a perfect kingdom and you are a stepping stone to that." (Dany)
She saw I wasn't sad but had a face of determination as she dumbfounded to be dragged away but then I summoned my servants as Rhaego is coming!
As it was a process which was fast, Rhaego Targaryen as Doreah and Irri helped as Irri passed me my son.
"He's healthy Khalessi." (Irri)
"What shall be his name?" (Doreah)
"Rhaego, Rhaego Targaryen." (Dany)
I looked at his silver hair as he opened his purple eyes to look at me as he gave me a gummy smile as I melted at it.
