The school admission time of 8:20 AM has passed, but teachers of each class are still stationed at the gate waiting for the kids who are running a little late.
No other choice!
Even adults are late for work, let alone children going to school?!
Especially kindergarten kids.
Their sense of time hasn't fully developed, plus the usual morning business like waking up and eating, leading to frequent tardiness.
Some kids aren't even dropped off until around 10 AM.
The reason being...not going to bed at night, can't wake up in the morning.
So, parents choose between sending the kids to school and letting them sleep well...
They go for the latter.
This makes teachers feel helpless and frustrated!
