It is obvious that the rule 'Send Suggestion' alone doesn't hold much significance; it mainly takes effect alongside another rule.
[After sending a suggestion, the option of the last suggestion sent will be forcibly submitted as the answer. (The Free People are not bound by this rule.)]
The Host's rule can force non-Free People players to submit a specific suggestion, and by overlapping with this rule, it essentially controls all non-Free People players' answers.
In this way, even if hostile players from other communities in the room intentionally cause trouble by choosing the Minority Faction option, without the protection of a Free People's status, they can only submit specific answers to achieve the goal of 'unanimity.'
Free People players are not restricted by this rule, but their answers do not affect the judgment of 'unanimity.'
However, the '4-Person Room' doesn't have this problem because there's only one outsider, Zheng Jie, who is also a Free Person.
