The night was deep, and the campus of West State University was quiet and deserted.
Occasionally, there were pairs of couples walking side by side under the streetlights, holding hands and whispering to each other.
At the end of the road, Huang Sitong had put on her shoes and socks, wearing a puffy down jacket, with a backpack slung over her shoulder, walking slowly.
She looked down at her shadow under the streetlight.
"I... really am just an ordinary person after all.
"What Prince, what Immortal Technique Master, I'm too far off."
She saw the couples in the distance and pouted.
"Hmph, I'm so ordinary that not even a guy wants to chase me.
"Actually, I'm quite easy to pursue...
"Just be a little good to me, maybe I'd agree..."
She walked step by step towards the dormitory building, trying to step on her shadow with each foot, but never quite managing to.
"Sitong!"
