Many of the remote malls in West State City have long become desolate and uncared for. The first and second floors are a bit better, but the third and fourth floors are even emptier; only half of the lights are on, half of the shops are rented out, and the floor is filthy, with no one to clean it.
In one such remote mall's desolate third floor, dozens of people arrived today, blocking all stairways, windows, and emergency exits. But these dozens of people are not customers; they are dressed in black uniforms... Immortal Technique Committee members.
At the stairway entrance, Lu Zhou was quietly communicating with the mall's floor manager.
"Please stop the customers on the first and second floors, and don't let anyone come up.
