In the center of the altar, there was enshrined a statue of the Profound Yin Celestial Venerable, its whole body glistening white, with a face that was blurred but exuded supreme majesty.
The Sea-covering Saint knelt down on both knees, his body slightly leaning forward, his forehead pressed against the altar, his posture extremely devout.
A deep and solemn praise slowly rose in the palace, echoing without end:
"Ao Guang of the North Sea branch altar, bows in obeisance."
"In reverence of the Profound Yin Celestial Venerable, residing high above the nine heavens, governing over all laws..."
"Under the honored title of Celestial King, mastering the cosmic order, pacifying all the realms..."
"With the virtuous title of Mother of All Spirits, creating all living things and phenomena, nurturing all forms and spirits..."
