The Security Team has three hundred members and four squads, two of which are led by those affiliated with the Second Elder, not even counting the clan's other ninjas.

Uchiha Fugaku instantly appeared in front of Sarutobi Hiruzen, nodded, and then said, "There must be some misunderstanding here, Lord Hokage; let me handle it!"
Danzo sneeringly retorted, "Let you handle it? If you could control the Security Team, this wouldn't have happened, you...."
"Enough, Danzo, I trust Mr. Fugaku."
Sarutobi Hiruzen scolded Danzo, cursing him internally for being foolish; is this the time to create divisions?
But Danzo didn't think so; he was a staunch member of the Martial Arts Faction and completely inherited Senju Tobirama's discriminatory view of the Uchiha.
'Hiruzen is too weak; now is the time to fiercely suppress the Uchiha and eliminate this sprouting threat! If I were Hokage, this wouldn't happen in the village....'
