Chapter 659 - Chapter 258: Hogwarts’ Warrior—Harry Potter!

"So what do you guys think?"

Ron tiptoed, his head popping out from behind his twin brothers' shoulders, resting an arm on each of theirs.

"What do we think?"

Fred reached over and tapped Ron on the forehead, chuckling, "Don't worry, we've already spoken to Professor McGonagall about it. Although she doesn't think we can represent Gryffindor, she agreed to report it to Principal Dumbledore."

"Exactly." George's eyes sparkled, "There's a good chance we'll be Hogwarts' champions – of course, that's the optimistic view. Who knows if the Flame Cup might go crazy and select one of us as the Hogwarts champion?"

"Then the Flame Cup must be blind," Ginny commented sarcastically, "To choose you two—"

The twins feigned distress, clutching their heads and saying in unison, "That really hurts our feelings, Ginny."

"But we should still thank Principal Dumbledore, after all, he's willing to give us a chance despite being under seventeen." Seamus said with hands on hips, "Even though Professor McGonagall turned me down because my skills are average, I'm still willing to—"

He was interrupted by the twins.

"Oh Merlin's Thunder Explosion!" Fred exclaimed dramatically, "How can you describe your skills as average? I believe Professor McGonagall didn't reject you because of that; she's probably worried you'd blow up the Durmstrang or Beauxbatons champions."

"We promise Hogwarts won't prioritize using Seamus." George winked at the side.

Seamus was furious, chasing after Fred and George, brandishing manure bombs to attack them.

However, Fred and George were agile, not only evading his manure bombs but also pulling out a bunch of odd tools to retaliate.

They laughed and played for a while, agreeing to vote together the next day, and then left the Great Hall.

The next morning, Hagrid found Harry in secret.

To be precise, he sent someone to find Harry.

Colin Creevey, being a loudmouth, shouted about it in the Great Hall, prompting Ron and Hermione, Hagrid's good friends, to investigate as well.

Actually, Seamus and Neville wanted to go too, but considering Hagrid's rock cakes, they decided against it.

They put down their food, passed through the crowd in the Great Hall, and made their way to Hagrid's hut.

Hagrid was already waiting at the door, welcoming them shyly and didn't forget to open two bottles of whisky for the Pegasi he was caring for.

Once he finished bustling around, he led the trio into the hut.

Inside the hut, Hagrid sat on a small stool, looking rather uneasy.

"What's wrong with you?" Hermione asked with concern, "You're acting a bit off, Hagrid."

"Oh, really?"

Big, adorable Hagrid clearly couldn't hide anything, he smiled awkwardly, lifting his head to glance at the trio apprehensively.

Harry noticed that Hagrid's usually messy beard was neatly groomed today, even his hair was tidily combed.

It seemed... not only was there something, there definitely was something.

"It's obvious, Hagrid."

Ron extended a hand to pat Hagrid's sturdy shoulder, "If there's anything you need our help with, just say it. We'll definitely help you if we can."

"Yeah." Hermione echoed.

Hagrid raised and lowered his head, nervously rubbing his large hands together.

"Actually, it's not a big deal." He said, "You know, recently, um, Principal Dumbledore asked me to help care for Beauxbatons' Pegasi. Um, those Pegasi need to be handled with care; they drink premium whisky."

"So you need us to help you get whisky?" Ron asked.

"No." Harry immediately pinpointed the issue.

Despite being expensive, Hagrid was never short of whisky.

Because, undoubtedly, the wealthiest person in Hogwarts was none other than Hagrid.

Who could be wealthier than him? His house was filled with surplus materials from the Forbidden Forest of various magical creatures, even a carpet made of unicorn hair could be seen.

Yes, you read that right, a unicorn-hair woven carpet, Hagrid had several of those.

So there's only one truth; what troubles Hagrid is undoubtedly Ms. Lady Maxim, the principal of Beauxbatons.

"Looks like Hagrid's in love, right?" He asked with a grin.

Hagrid's face flushed immediately, he mumbled for a while, his hand movements halted, eventually turning into a sigh.

"You're right, Harry." Hagrid scratched his head, "I do like Beauxbatons' principal, Lady Maxim... I know you're the most brilliant in Hogwarts, not just in magical skills, but also—um, the level of romance. I know three girls are crazy about you, even outstanding ones like Miss Grindelwald can't resist, so... I thought I'd consult you."

The people present were taken aback.

Hermione looked at Harry, openly displaying disdain.

Scoundrel!

Even as friends, Hermione couldn't help but think Harry was hopelessly scoundrelish.

Ron, however, looked at Harry with admiration. He was well aware of Harry's drama with three girls, but he had never realized what a shocking achievement it was.
