In this relationship, it should be said that the proactive one is Gael, and there is even some element of manipulation involved.
They were all young wizards with outstanding talents, all harboring ideals and ambitions.
For Albus, he felt trapped in a boring village, forced to fulfill family responsibilities. Grindelwald's thoughts attracted him and inspired him; as for the self-centered Grindelwald, he gained a powerful ally with whom he could have stimulating conversations, and his sense of control was not threatened.
Albus fell in love with this handsome and intelligent friend, a romantic feeling that was unrequited. However, they were clearly very close, and their relationship was purely platonic.
They shaped each other's ideas, powers, and ultimately their destinies thereafter.
Dumbledore was also a pitiable figure; he had witnessed but was powerless to stop a group of Muggle boys who tormented his sister Ariana, causing the naive girl to become mentally unstable, her suppressed magic turning dangerous and erratic.
This resulted in Dumbledore's father being sent to Azkaban for taking revenge on those Muggle boys, and his mother was accidentally killed by Ariana in an incident.
He hoped to protect his family through power and further protect the world against the cruelty and exclusivity exhibited by Muggles.
Dumbledore longed to possess the Resurrection Stone because he believed it could bring back his deceased parents and other lost loved ones, while Grindelwald wanted it as a means to create an army of Yin Corpses.
The two planned to leave Godric's Hollow to seize power and formally commence their "revolution."
When Dumbledore's brother, Abufosi Dumbledore, noticed this, he was very displeased with Albus's ambitions—Albus leaving would mean Ariana wouldn't receive care, and her unstable Mormon condition, without adequate nurturing and attention, would worsen and potentially lead to death.
Thus, the conflict between Gellert and Abufosi escalated into a confrontation; the enraged Gellert used the Drilling Curse on Abufosi.
Albus stood out to protect his brother, which sparked a three-way duel.
However, during this duel, Ariana was accidentally killed—no one knew whose magic spell ended her life.
Perhaps out of remorse, or perhaps out of guilt, Gellert fled Godric's Hollow afterward.
The scene halted abruptly at this moment.
Vivi found it a bit hard to accept—initially thinking it was the blond head who deceitfully took away her brother, but Dumbledore's memory revealed to her... it was her brother who was the blond head.
The blond head, on top of that, caused someone else's sister to die and then ran away, looking like someone who had no sense of responsibility at all.
In fairness, Vivi wasn't someone unreasonable; she would not ignore her brother's mistakes.
Looking at this incident any which way, no one would think Gellert was justified.
Seeing Vivi's expression, Harry was curious and leaned over, burying his head into the Meditation Basin.
Vivi sat in place, seemingly contemplating something, as if waiting for Harry to exit the Meditation Basin.
"He's definitely no good," Harry's first words upon coming out were accompanied by a fierce glare at Gellert.
However, Gellert, the incorrigible old man, just gave Harry a wicked grin, as if to say, "What can you do to me?"
"Senior Grindelwald," Dumbledore said softly, "could you please let me down? You know, a hundred-year-old man can't handle this kind of ordeal."
"Though your breakup with Gael isn't your fault, there's something else," Vivi said with a dangerous look, "Apart from the night robe, what else did Gellert give you?"
"Oh," Professor Dumbledore uttered, reminiscing, "Quite a lot, like a few buzzing silver trinkets, a pair of Two-Sided Mirrors, some magic materials, and alchemy materials..."
Vivi's gaze towards Gellert grew dangerous.
Huh, my goodness, you even used my elder sister's assets to charm girls... or guys?
"I know, you meant to give that night robe to the Scarhead Enchantress, didn't you?"
Gellert's leisurely voice resounded, sounding unperturbed, clearly having found another way to defuse the crisis.
Of course, his method of crisis management was simply to shift the crisis.
"Then I'd like to ask on behalf of the Scarhead kid, why did you embed such a binding Ancient Magic Spell in the robe you sent him?"
Vivi's expression suddenly darkened.
For what other reason?
For what reason she knew very well in her heart.
But such words... not so easy to say, right?
Instead, Harry suddenly spoke, "The most important issue right now isn't that, Gellert—the most important thing is how you intend to compensate your sister for her losses!"
Harry was very clear-headed; whatever he and Vivi had to sort out was not urgent—what urgently needed resolving was you, the Cockatoo Sunflower Parrot!
"Hey! Scarhead! You are truly ungrateful!" Gellert cursed bitterly: "I see that you've been fitted with a bit and bridle by my sister—you've been utterly tamed!"
What met Gellert was a blast of red magic.
Gellert let out a muffled groan.
Vivi waved her magic wand and released Dumbledore.
After a string of blows, she somewhat vented her anger, so she figured it was no problem to first set Dumbledore free.
