Chapter 7 - Chapter 1181: The name of aoki

Eight members of Team Magma and Team Aqua, two small teams.

Aoki defeated all their Pokémon with overwhelming force.

The League members watching Aoki's battle from behind were stunned.

Is this the strength of a League genius?

With such a genius, the League is guaranteed to be stable for another hundred years!

Under the treatment of Lady Florges, the group slowly regained their basic mobility. Their external injuries had mostly healed, and the remaining internal injuries that were difficult to treat could only be handed over to Nurse Joy and the others.

The three who were originally unconscious have now woken up.

Looking at Aoki standing in front of them and hearing the news from their companions, they felt relieved.

  However, bitterness followed.

Although they survived the sneak attack, they suffered heavy losses of Pokémon.

In the ordinary cases, only one or two Pokémon died, while in the more serious cases, four or five Pokémon lost their lives to protect themselves.

This was a huge blow to these trainers.

Their strength was almost completely gone.

However, it was comforting that Aoki had avenged them.

They had earned a considerable number of points in the past few days, enough to train a few more Pokémon. With the League's compensation, they could recover their strength with some time investment.

It would just take a lot of time.

This time was extremely precious for young people like Aoki who were in their prime.

For them, time wasn't so important. It was just the loss of their companions that caused them pain.

"Are you all almost recovered?" Aoki asked, looking at them.

"Yes!" Immediately, the eight League members stood up, saluted, their eyes filled with deep respect.

Seeing that their spirits were still relatively good, Aoki nodded.

"Still have the energy? Tie them all up and take them away!" Aoki shouted sharply.

Hearing this, the eight members' expressions turned solemn. "Yes!"

After saying this, they used their Pokémon with some mobility to tie up the eight pale-faced captains and six members of Team Magma and Team Aqua.

They removed the empty Poké Balls from their waists and collected all the Pokémon lying on the ground.

Most were simply unconscious and unable to battle, but some had truly lost their lives.

Faced with this situation, the men said nothing; this was war, and casualties were inevitable.

They had already lost so many Pokémon to Team Magma and Team Aqua, so what did it matter if Aoki killed a few on the other side during the battle?

They were a regular force in the League, and they had seen Pokémon deaths many times before.

They didn't consider it a big deal.

"Can we move?" Aoki asked, watching them tie up the eight opponents.

Two Elite Four-level captains—based on the strength of Team Magma and Team Aqua, possessing that level of power meant they were at least Executives.

Although they might be lower-ranking Executives, they definitely knew a lot of secrets.

Taking them back would yield many crucial information.

"No problem, Lord Aoki," one of the captains stepped forward and said.

Although his Pokémon had also suffered considerable injuries, thanks to Lady Florges's full treatment, it had recovered to its basic fighting strength.

A human, unless they possess special abilities or belong to a special profession like a fighter, generally has little ability to resist a Pokémon.

"Then you guys are responsible for taking them back," Aoki said, preparing to leave with his Pokémon.

"Lord Aoki, aren't you coming back with us?" another captain asked.

Capturing two executives was a huge achievement, yet Aoki wasn't choosing to go back now?

Aoki waved his hand. "I reckon there are still some Team Magma and Team Aqua assault teams. I'm quite familiar with this area; let's see if we encounter them again."

Then, as if remembering something, he took two vials of potions from his pocket and tossed them to the group. "These are my special potions. If anyone can't hold on any longer, give them these. They should be able to make it back to camp without any problems.

  You can go now." He

then disappeared into the tunnel with his Pokémon.

The two captains and six team members saluted Aoki as he disappeared into the distance.

  ...

This time, Team Magma and Team Aqua had indeed gone all out, their aim being to raid various League teams.

The goal was simple: to prevent them from interfering so much, giving themselves more time to find what they needed as quickly as possible.

This time, Team magma and Team Aqua each dispatched two Executives, leading a group of subordinates as the spearhead.

Several near-Elite-level captains also led their subordinates to harass them.

In the eyes of Maxie and Archie, this configuration was absolutely foolproof.

Even if it couldn't eliminate many League teams, it would at least make the League hesitant to advance further.

However, when the mission ended and the personnel returned, Maxie and Archie's expressions were extremely grim.

The loss of nearly half their personnel was one thing, but they could accept that loss.

After all, the League probably wasn't doing well either, having likely lost many people as well.

However, two of the Executives' teams hadn't returned.

The loss of one Elite four-level Officers each was significant for Team Magma and Team Aqua.

Moreover, the two officers who returned alive also had no members left in their teams, resulting in a severe loss of Pokémon.

  "What happened?" Maxie asked, frowning.

"Leader, our mission went smoothly at first. None of the Alliance's squads were a match for us. But then someone suddenly emerged from the tunnel. They were incredibly powerful, and it took a huge price for us to escape." The Team magma's officer, covered in dust and trembling with fear, explained.

"Who?" Archie's expression was one of extreme anger.

How difficult was it for their Team aqua to train even one officer?!

Some people weren't originally destined for the Elie four level, but they were forcibly brought up, the resources spent on them were countless. Team Magma and Team aqua, two underground forces, had been dormant for years, not causing trouble, but secretly developing. All the resources they earned, aside from basic expenses, were used to improve the strength of their subordinates.

That's how they managed to produce so many officers.

Each officer was a valuable asset.

Now, they hadn't even received any benefits, and the battle with the Alliance hadn't truly begun, yet they had already lost two.

The other two, though they returned alive, seemed to have suffered significant losses.

"Ao...ki..." the Ocean Team officer said, forcing a smile.

Losing to someone so much younger, and being completely outmatched at that, is truly humiliating.
