Aria
I was lucky to have successfully diverted my mother's attention from my previous statement. I didn't know that the others still didn't know what had happened to me in the forest. So I chose not to tell them, considering the choice I made at that time was quite extreme.
This week, I just rested at home, and every three days, a doctor would come to check on me. Compared to a week ago, my body felt much better than before.
However, I hadn't seen Caleb at all this week. He didn't come to visit me, even though I thought he would come to see me when he heard I was awake.
"Why? Why didn't he come to see me? Does he not care about me anymore?" I rubbed my chin gently while thinking hard about this.
A moment later, I shook my head, "I shouldn't think badly like this. I guess I should start contacting him, but wouldn't I seem too aggressive if I contacted him first?"
I fell into deep thought when I thought about Caleb not visiting me for the past week.
