The annihilation sun's power filled me completely.
Not destroying. Transforming. Making every cell, every essence, every piece of what I was into something new.
I could feel it changing me from the inside. Could feel divinity settling into places that used to be purely mortal. Could feel the weight of cosmic power learning to coexist with wolf instinct and human will.
It hurt. Gods, it hurt.
Not physical pain. Existential pain. The agony of becoming something your existence wasn't designed to accommodate.
But I'd chosen this. Chosen absorption over resistance. Chosen transformation over safety.
So I endured. Held myself together through sheer stubborn will while divine fire rewrote reality inside me.
Luna watched from where she knelt, mortal tears streaming down her face.
"You're absorbing it. Taking my annihilation into yourself. Making it part of you."
Her voice held something between awe and horror.
"Do you know what that means? Do you understand what you're becoming?"
