the Steve Rogers aka Captain America used in this story is the MCU Version not the comics version. Also everything takes place after The First Avenger and things will be adjusted to match the new time setting and universe meaning that the Tesseract won't be an Infinity Stone as since this is a Captain America focused story, I don't want to add the Infinity Stones as that would mean I gotta add Thanos and what not. Some of you might not like that and to be honest I don't care. I just wanted to make a story about Captain America in the Overwatch world.
