Marcus looked up from the documents, his eyes bloodshot, and said, "Say that again."
Dmitri was already standing with his jacket in hand, and he replied, "If he's ready to execute, then clustering is a liability because one move takes all of us out."
Viktor nodded from his station and said, "I've been watching network traffic, and there's a change; he's repositioning assets."
James exhaled slowly, "You're saying the clock didn't just keep ticking, but it started chiming."
"Yes," Dmitri said, "and if he's watching, which he is, then wherever we are right now is already compromised."
Silence settled over the room.
"Fine," Marcus said finally, "we'll split, temporarily."
Aria straightened and said, "I'm not leaving you."
"I wasn't going to ask you to," Marcus replied.
Dmitri checked his phone and said, "I'll run Overwatch mobile while Viktor stays digital, and James, you go dark and start isolating board vulnerabilities."
