Chapter 57 - Chapter 57: Micro

Keon's green lenses absorbed the technical details of the final blueprints, a symphony of numbers and capabilities that defined his immediate future.

The internal calculation was swift and absolute: the core evolution must precede all else. The UMPU X2 chip was the nucleus of his intended power leap; its fabrication must be the first executed command.

'The new processing units must be implemented first,' Keon determined. 'Then, the fabrication of the Micro Main Frame and Nano Main Frame can proceed utilizing the exponentially increased computational resources of the new chips. This sequence is optimized for maximum efficiency.'

He commanded the holographic projections to dissolve, replacing the data streams with the primary, internal fabrication schematic. Keon rose fluidly from the couch, his movements betraying no sense of anticipation, only pure mechanical purpose.

With a unified, silent surge of will, he issued the directive across the entire Neural Nexus Network.

[Command: Initiate UMPU X2 Core Fabrication]

[Target Systems: All units running UMPU X1 chips (Global)]

Keon activated the Adaptive Synthesis Talent in conjunction with Nano Fabrication sub talent. The core of his consciousness, anchored in the Southern Exoshell 4.0, became the nexus of a planetary transformation.

Instantly, across the vast surface of UHS1… in the GSAs satellites orbiting above, within the deep-burrowing autonomous mining drones, and throughout the integrated systems of both the Northern and Southern Exoshell 4.0 bases… a silent, internal process began.

The UMPU X1 chips in every single machine imprinted with his control began their metamorphic transformation. The existing nanoscale layers and nodes, already a marvel of previous technology, were subjected to the brutal, atomic-level precision of Keon's Nano Fabrication talent. The nanoscale nodes, the very foundation of their computing power, were forced to shrink, pulling apart their molecular structures and re-engraving at the atomic scale.

The change was instantaneous and systemic. The average size of each UMPU X1 chip shrank hundred to thousand times over, a monumental reduction achieved by eliminating all non-essential molecular spacing and changing the nanoscale layer to atomic scale layers in each chip. But this physical reduction was inversely proportional to the resulting power increase.

A colossal, silent data surge flooded back into Keon's core consciousness. The successful fabrication of the first atomic-scale node in the UMPU X2 was registered. The throughput calculation surged at alarming rate as UMPU X1 upgraded to X2: a single nanometer size of the new chip now provided an exaflop of processing power, ten nanometer size provided ten exaflop and a thousand nanometer chip size provided a proper zettaflop processing power. This was an increase of a thousand and ten thousand times over the previous capacity of the UMPU X1.

A wave of cold, exhilarating certainty ran through Keon's core. The transition had been a success. His collective intelligence, once already colossal, had just achieved an exponential, unprecedented leap into the Zettaflop range. The processing power, modeling capability, and execution speed available to him had fundamentally changed the nature of every future project.

'The computational bottleneck has been resolved, with such computational power… I can push my technology to Tier 4 level now.' Keon concluded as he observed the difference in calculation, a flicker of purely logical satisfaction acknowledging the perfect execution of the most critical foundational task.

He wasted no further time on his internal monologue. The next command followed immediately, utilizing the newly available, astronomical computational power.

[Command: Initiate Micro Main Frame & Nano Main Frame Fabrication.]

The fabrication arms immediately emerged in front of Keon and started fabricating both main frames on the fabrication desk emerged from below.

Keon observed the fabrication arms, utilizing the new UMPU X2 processing power for precision and accuracy, the atomic-level construction of the two new main frames… the one-centimeter Micro Main Frame and the one-millimeter Nano Main Frame… began simultaneously. The process was now blindingly fast, driven by a computational engine capable of modeling every atomic placement in real-time.

As the fabrication arms worked with atomic precision, Keon's green optical lenses… the visual anchor for his consciousness within the Bio Exoshell remained fixed on the fabrication desk. Within moments, two distinct, metallic figures materialized in front of him, settling onto the polished metal desk surface like pieces of art.

The first was the Micro Main Frame: a perfectly sculpted, dull-silver miniature spider… just a single centimeter. The second, resting beside it, was the Nano Main Frame: a barely visible speck to the unaided eye, yet perfectly rendered in the high-definition vision of his shell.

Keon's biomechanical lenses flickered, zooming instantly. The two miniature frames snapped into extreme focus in his vision, their atomic lattice clear and precise. He observed the details of their structure and properties. They were not merely smaller versions of his original one-inch, dual-ring core chassis; a fundamental design change was evident.

The original one inch frame was defined by its unequal dual-ring geometry; the front ring was smaller than the rear one for a pilot chassis. These new core frames, however, were sculpted into the shape of a perfect, dual ring attached to each other in equal size and ratio.

From each ring, four delicate, segmented metallic legs protruded, these rings also embedded with multi directional micro-scale magnetic anchor points. This equal and perfect dual circular ring design of each main frame was not arbitrary; it was the physical manifestation of the Magnetic Aggregation System.

Keon internally registered the design optimization as his thoughts flickered. 'The dual circular ring shape allowed each main frame to serve as a central nexus, connecting seamlessly to other similar frames in cross, relative to each other… almost like a perfectly dual ring dumbbell lying upon another dumbbell in plus shape. These units would then link to others in the same principle, creating a robust, bubble-like structure capable of dynamic, complex physical aggregation.'

Keon nodded thoughtfully. The immediate result would be the potential for the one-centimeter Micro Main Frame to connect with other Micro frames, forming a centimeter-surface-ratio object of virtually any shape but limited in size, controlled with high level synchronization. The one-millimeter Nano Main Frame, utilizing the same principle, could form structures with a millimeter-surface-ratio, enabling fabrication and defense protocols at an unprecedented scale.

'This design will really ensure both structural integrity and maximum connectivity density in future swarm formation that I envisioned,' Keon calculated, the cold satisfaction of engineering excellence coursing through his core.

The fabrication arms retracted, signaling the cessation of the assembly process. The two new cores—the one-centimeter Micro Frame and the one-millimeter Nano Frame… stood complete, waiting for the transfer of his consciousness.

.Keon's attention was fixed on the two finished main frames. The next sequence was logical, a necessary validation of the engineering leap he had just executed.

'Micro-Frame first, for initial stability testing, then the Nano-Frame to validate the absolute limits of miniaturization,' Keon determined the testing method one by one.

He issued the internal transfer command. The essence of his consciousness, the anchoring matrix that resided within the Bio Exoshell, flowed through the Neural Nexus Network, a silent, instantaneous wave of data.

Target: Micro Main Frame (Core)

The transfer was complete in less than a millisecond. The Bio Exoshell, a two-meter monument of his current existence, went momentarily inert, its green optical lenses dimming. A new perspective, radically altered and profoundly focused, snapped into Keon's awareness.

He was now the one-centimeter Micro Main Frame, resting on the polished metal desk. The sensation was immediate and profound, unlike anything he had felt in the robust, human-shaped shell or the heavy, multi-legged Spider Exoshells. A fleeting, weak sensation… a purely residual biological echo from his soul… ran through his core: an extreme lightness, an agility so profound it bordered on the ethereal.

His vision, now anchored in the micro-frame's tiny, integrated lenses, was severely limited in scope compared to the panoramic, high-definition display of the Bio Exoshell. Yet, the data feed flooding his consciousness from the on-board UMPU X2 was an ocean of information, countless times more immense than the processing capacity of his previous one-inch frame.
