Kreios watched as Brunelle disappeared out the door with the crate on his shoulder.
Lisa stood silently beside him, just waiting for him to acknowledge her again and her wish came true when Kreios turned his gaze towards her, his eyebrows furrowed.
"Why did you approach me while I'm out with Her Ladyship?" He asked, his words dripping with reluctance.
"I just wanted to talk." Lisa mumbled, not minding the tone of his voice.
Kreios' frown deepened, but soon, he found himself staring at Lisa, his gaze locking on her familiar features, a stirring of old emotions resurfacing within him.
A sigh escaped him as he shook his head.
"Okay." He gave him, though his voice sounded strained, a struggle within him to keep his emotions in check. "What do you want to talk about?"
Lisa let her gaze linger on him for a moment before she opened her mouth and said. "I believe that it would be best to talk in private—"
