Warm, sacred, and from the moment of arrival until now, his entire being wrapped in a unique air of mystery.
Of course, that was only natural.
After all, this was the powerhouse who had effortlessly disposed of Andaris; though he looked human, none of the girls dared treat Rosen as an ordinary Adventurer like themselves.
If he could nullify the compulsory repatriation spell, then—were he a god—he must surely be the mightiest of all.
Adventurers had Ranks; gods probably did as well?
Something like a King of Gods, perhaps.
Unlike her somewhat timid Familia, Artemis—though meeting them face-to-face for the first time—behaved exactly as she did inside the chat group.
"Thank you all so much; without you, my girls and I might have been wiped out."
Though the crisis was over, Artemis still felt downcast.
Leading her own Familia straight into a trap left her, their leader, awash with guilt.
"It's fine—we'd already agreed on that back in the group."
Rosen spoke with a light chuckle.
"No need to stand on ceremony, Lady Artemis; fate brought us together, and since the chat group gathered us, we naturally help one another."
Fubuki chimed in with a smile.
She was already wondering whether she could recruit Artemis as an unofficial member of the Fubuki Group later on.
"If you truly feel grateful, Lady Artemis, how about acting as our guide? Since we've come all this way, show us a bit of local hospitality."
Tokisaki Kurumi folded her arms and smiled.
"I'm quite curious what sort of city Orari is—so are the others in the group~~~"
Artemis nodded at once. "Rest assured, I'll give you a thorough introduction to the Dungeon and Orari."
Since there was little else she could do, Artemis agreed immediately to Kurumi's request.
"In that case, let's head for Orari now."
Rosen said.
He, like Kurumi and Fubuki, was curious about Orari and the Dungeon.
Of course, his main interest wasn't the Dungeon's ecology or setting, but rather the many beauties in this world.
Chief among them was none other than Hestia.
Even in a city full of gods, Hestia boasted a positively Heaven-Defying bust and was nicknamed the "loli big-breast goddess."
Artemis gave a small nod at his words.
But just as she turned to leave, she suddenly remembered something.
The goddess turned back, an awkward, rather impolite look on her face.
"Um… I forgot to mention—we're currently in the Great Tree Sea Secret Realm, a long way from Orari. Even travelling non-stop, it would take more than fifteen days to reach the city."
Artemis fretted over the long journey.
She herself didn't mind.
But Rosen, Tokisaki Kurumi, and Fubuki had come partly to sight-see in Orari.
Yet getting back would mean fifteen days of sleeping rough, which hardly seemed acceptable.
"Don't worry about the return trip; just tell me if there are any unfinished tasks left."
Hearing this, Artemis realized Rosen must have some quick means of travel.
For instance, Frieren had once shown the group something called an off-road vehicle in the chat.
Not only was it fast and comfortable, it was even handier than the riding beasts tamed by the Ganesha Familia.
"…There really aren't any tasks left."
After thinking it over, Artemis shook her head.
The only reason they had come to the ruins this time was to confirm whether the Seal on Andaris had been damaged.
The result was that although the Seal was broken, Andaris had vanished; naturally, there was no longer any need to worry about the Seal.
"Since we're ready, let's set off."
Seeing that Artemis was prepared, Rosen closed his eyes and released his Divine Sense; in moments the exact location of Orari appeared in his mind.
Without waiting for Artemis to ask, a brief sensation of weightlessness followed.
The feeling vanished almost instantly, only for the surrounding scenery to change utterly.
Several girls in the Artemis Familia lost their balance and plopped onto the ground.
Yet, experiencing instantaneous teleportation for the first time, they were too dazed to care about bruises, simply staring at the familiar, bustling street.
Were they… back in Orari?
