Cursing under his breath, he snatched up Heartbeat Sisters and headed for KING's apartment, as it was in his memories.
On the far side of the ruins—
The defeated heroes were coming to. They saw the scattered chunks of Vaccine Man—and KING, rising from the blood and wiping it from his face.
"Hey… look, those… bits at his feet…"
"No way…"
"How did he beat something that defies common sense… and alone…"
"I've heard the rumors lately, but still…"
Unaware of the stunned heroes on the other side, Lin Mo took the disc in his right hand back home and couldn't wait to start playing.
