Volume 2, Chapter 12: Council of Primordials
Far beyond the mortal realm, the Primordials convened. Their colossal forms radiated energy older than the universe itself.
> "This mortal… this Absolute Atomic," one hissed, "exists across all dimensions simultaneously."
"It is an affront to creation itself," another growled.
"We must combine. Only together can we destroy it."
A council of all the strongest Primordials had formed: Xylar, Morvath, Talyra, Zeroth, and several even older entities whose names had been lost to time. Their combined aura distorted the very fabric of the multiverse.
> "The Absolute Atomic cannot be allowed to persist," the council decreed.
"Prepare for an assault across all realms. Every reality will be our battlefield."
Cael Prepares
In the Shadow Sanctuary, Cael's senses flared as he felt the Primordials' council converge.
The Vampire Queen hovered beside him, aura blazing crimson.
> "They are gathering their full strength," she said.
"This will be the battle of the multiverse."
> "Good," Cael replied calmly.
"Then it's time we show them our full strategy. Shadows… Queen… it's time for the next level."
The Seven Shadows stepped forward, energy already flaring.
> "Master… what level is this?" Riven asked, awe in his voice.
> "The level where no being, no matter how ancient, can challenge us without consequence," Cael said.
Final Abilities of the Seven Shadows
Cael focused, integrating their powers with his Absolute Atomic energy:
1. Liora – Dimensional Sabers: Can slice through all dimensions at once, creating tears in reality that consume enemy attacks.
2. Riven – Infinite Reflection: Absorbs any attack, including primordial energy, and multiplies it infinitely.
3. Selene – Temporal Shatter: Can break time and space locally, freezing or reversing even immortal beings' strikes.
4. Kael – Absolute Warp: Warps entire battlefields across dimensions, making any attack miss or redirect.
5. Tarya – Phantom Existence: Exists in all planes simultaneously, allowing perfect strikes against multiple enemies at once.
6. Orin – Vampiric Multiplier: Multiplies attacks infused with energy from Cael and the Vampire Queen across all realities.
7. Lyric – Energy Convergence: Controls and redirects all forms of energy in the multiverse with surgical precision.
Together, with Cael and the Vampire Queen, they formed a single, multiversal force, capable of reacting to and attacking across every plane simultaneously.
The Strategy
Cael closed his eyes, aura expanding infinitely:
> "We will divide, synchronize, and annihilate. The Primordials will find no reality safe, no attack uncountered. Their unity is their only advantage… and we will shatter it."
The Vampire Queen's crimson aura coiled around him, merging with atomic shadows.
> "We will fight as one," she said.
"Every strike, every defense… perfect synchronization."
> "Absolute Atomic Multiversal Strategy… Initiated," Cael whispered.
Shadows, crimson energy, and atomic resonance fused into a network across all dimensions, detecting the Primordials' movements before they could occur.
> "They will attack," Cael said calmly.
"And we will respond before they even begin."
First Move
From across the multiverse, the Primordials struck. Mountains shattered, oceans boiled, and skies split apart.
But Cael's network of Absolute Atomic energy countered every assault:
Liora sliced the incoming waves across dimensions, nullifying them instantly.
Riven reflected attacks back at their origin, destabilizing Primordial formations.
Selene shattered temporal distortions, undoing attacks before they manifested.
Kael warped battlefields, redirecting forces away from allies.
Tarya struck key points in multiple planes, neutralizing the strongest Primordials.
Orin multiplied attacks, overwhelming even the combined force of the council.
Lyric controlled energy flows, converting destructive power into harmless streams.
The Vampire Queen merged her energy with Cael, creating a blinding wave that tore through all attacks simultaneously.
> "This… is… impossible," one Primordial roared.
"They exist across all realities at once!"
> "We are Absolute Atomic," Cael said calmly.
"And we will protect the balance of the multiverse."
Aftermath
The first strike of the Primordial council was repelled. The mortal realm remained untouched, and the Shadow Sanctuary stood as an unbroken bastion.
The Seven Shadows knelt around Cael, energy still resonating from their multiversal synchronization.
> "Master… we have never experienced such absolute coordination," Selene whispered.
> "This is only the beginning," Cael said, aura dimming slightly.
"They will regroup, they will escalate, and we will continue to rise. Absolute Atomic is infinite. And so are we."
The Vampire Queen hovered beside him, crimson aura pulsing with determination:
> "Then let them come," she said.
"We are balance. And we are unstoppable."
The Primordials had now learned one truth: the Shadow Sovereign and his allies were the ultimate guardians of the multiverse.
