Chapter 19 - The Marines’s Fury! Admiral Kizaru Takes the Field Personally!

Marine Headquarters – Fleet Admiral's Office.

"Nani?!"

Sengoku's eyes widened the moment he heard the report from his subordinate.

Someone had actually dared to assault a Celestial Dragon in public—this was nothing short of the sky collapsing!

Normally, even if a Celestial Dragon so much as tripped and scraped their knee, Marine Headquarters would be thrown into chaos. But now—someone had beaten one half to death, in front of everyone!

And before Sengoku could even recover, another officer burst in with an updated report: the attacker hadn't just beaten the Celestial Dragon senseless—they'd put a slave collar on them, and were now parading the poor wretch around the Sabaody Archipelago!

"Madman! Who is this lunatic?!" Sengoku roared, almost hysterically. "To do something like this—it's a direct challenge to the Marines's authority, a slap to the very face of the World Government!"

Inside the office sat Vice Admiral Garp in his white coat, and Admiral Admiral Kizaru—Polusalino—in his gaudy yellow-striped suit.

Upon hearing the news, Garp threw his head back and laughed heartily. "Hahaha! I didn't think anyone in this world still had the guts for something so insane. I've gotta say—I respect that!"

Admiral Kizaru's wrinkled, lazy face froze for a moment, before he slowly sucked in a breath. "Ooh~ how scary…"

But with that lecherous look and that teasing tone, the marine officer delivering the report couldn't feel even a shred of actual fear from him.

The two messengers exchanged helpless looks, both of them wearing expressions full of dark lines.

Sengoku, though fuming, was an old hand at dealing with crises. He knew raging about it wouldn't solve anything. Taking a deep breath, he forced himself to calm again.

"This matter must be resolved immediately," he said gravely. "We have to contain the situation before it spreads any further!"

His gaze turned to Garp, who was still sipping tea. "Garp, you'll go?"

Garp waved a hand dismissively. "Count me out. If I go, I might not be able to stop myself from smacking those Celestial Dragons too."

Sengoku's lips twitched violently. Left without a choice, he turned to the admiral beside him. "Polusalino, you…"

Admiral Kizaru sighed, setting down his teacup and standing up lazily. "Alright, alright, I'll go. Honestly, I thought I'd finally get a bit of rest, but it looks like someone's gone and stirred up a real mess again."

In truth, Admiral Kizaru was far more suited to this kind of mission than Garp. As the user of the Pika Pika no Mi, he could turn his body into light and move at the speed of light itself—reaching Sabaody Archipelago in the blink of an eye.

Of course, that didn't mean he wanted to go. Admiral Kizaru hated troublesome work. But as a Marine Admiral, and with something this serious happening, he couldn't exactly refuse.

Sengoku nodded solemnly. "Go quickly—and come back quickly. Be cautious. Anyone who dares to assault a Celestial Dragon and parade them around like that isn't going to be easy to handle!"

After a pause, he added, "I'll have Sentomaru bring the Pacifista along to back you up."

"Got it."

Admiral Kizaru responded lazily, and in the next moment, his body turned into pure light—vanishing from the office and streaking off toward Sabaody Archipelago.

At that same moment, chaos had engulfed the Sabaody Archipelago.

For the people there, the unthinkable had happened—someone had beaten a Celestial Dragon bloody, slapped a slave collar around their neck, and was marching them through the streets!

The whole world would go mad.

"Run! The Celestial Dragon is coming down this street!"

"Heaven help us! Our ship's coating isn't even done yet!"

"This is insane! The Marines will definitely send an Admiral! If we get caught here, we're doomed!"

"Damn it! Is that ship finished yet? If we don't get out of here now, we're all dead!"

All around the island, panic spread like wildfire.

Civilians, merchants, pirates, and bounty hunters alike—all were desperately trying to flee Sabaody Archipelago before the Marines arrived.

Everyone knew what would happen next. The ones who dared to lay hands on a Celestial Dragon would be hunted down without mercy. And if the Marines needed to wipe out a few witnesses to preserve the Dragons' "dignity"… so be it.

Ships were frantically leaving every harbor, crowding the surrounding seas.

Those fleeing could only curse their luck.

They hadn't even done anything! They weren't the ones who beat a Celestial Dragon half to death or dragged them through the streets—but they had to run for their lives all the same. A disaster falling from the sky!

Meanwhile, as the entire archipelago trembled in fear, Lin Xuan and Uchiha Madara were still leisurely parading the three Celestial Dragons through the streets, chatting and laughing along the way.

Several Marines and bounty hunters had already tried to intervene—hoping to rescue Saint Rosward and his family—but every last one had been effortlessly defeated by Madara. None of them could even slow the pair down.

And so, Lin Xuan continued to stroll boldly through the island, three enslaved Celestial Dragon in tow, calmly harvesting Prestige Points as he waited for the Marines's response.

He couldn't help wondering with a faint smile—

Which Admiral will come this time? Admiral Aokiji? Sakazuki? Or… Admiral Kizaru?
