The uncle of Rin was the person who murdered Rin's parents, but Rin didn't know about it. Rin's uncle killed Rin's parents because they all worked at the International Dragons Examine Lab (IDEL). The IDEL is an international company that kills dragons and uses them for experiments. They also run a school to learn proper magic and make them into future fighters against the dragons. Rin's parents are well-respected professors in IDEL, but they knew some cruel truth about the company's illegal activities, so they ordered Rin's uncle to kill his own brother and sister-law. Rin's uncle also works in IDLE as a primary scientist. Now, in the present, Rin is about 15 years old, as Rin was soulborn at birth, he is attending the school represented by the IDEL for training students to become fighters. Rin's goal was to get revenge on the dragons for killing his parents. Rin made only a few friends in school because of his personality. Even though he was soulless he couldn't control his powers properly. Rin has five friends , they are Daniel, Kito, Shina, Alex, and Sam.
