The sky was dark, and the wind whipped over a city that had been crumbling for decades. Yano, a thin young man, ran through the ruins of buildings, his heart pounding. Every step in the rubble was difficult, and every breath he took was fraught with danger.
"No time to hesitate… They mustn't catch us!"
Ahead of Yano, a small gleam appeared, signaling a hidden entrance leading deeper into the city. Slowly, he pushed open the corroded iron door and entered, finding a room illuminated by a dim blue light, multiple screens displaying strange, constantly moving symbols.
His hands shook as he touched a small dagger hanging on the wall, seemingly ordinary but pulsing with hidden energy. Suddenly, the ground shook, and he heard the clang of iron behind him, as if someone was following him.
"No one will survive if they discover me here…" he whispered to himself.
Yano began to advance cautiously, every movement calculated. His senses were heightened, his ears picking up the tiniest sounds. Suddenly, quick footsteps echoed behind him. He turned quickly and saw a shadow moving among the rubble.
He raised his dagger, a small blue wave of light emitting from its tip, warning his opponent. The shadow retreated slightly, then charged again. Yano ran toward a side corridor, each step calculated to avoid the traps left by the old leader.
"I need to get to the heart before they discover me..." Yano thought.
He reached a small platform in the center of the room, where a strange blue stone pulsed. He placed his hand on it, feeling its energy flow through his body, providing him with the strength he needed to face what lay ahead.
With a sense of euphoria and fear at the same time, he heard a voice behind him:
"I think you've arrived now... Your energy won't last long."
Yano leaped into the dark corridor, ready for the first real confrontation of his journey, where the action and danger never ceased.
