Tens of thousands filled the grand hall demons, shadow soldiers, elemental kings, and celestial beings kneeling in silence. At the center stood a vast obsidian throne carved with runes that pulsed with ancient power.
Selene walked at Hayden's side, her silver light interwoven with his darkness, forming a balance the universe itself seemed to respect.
