Zombies: The Infected Humans

Once human, after being exposed to a meteorite's astral particles carried in the air lifespan shortens. The water that came from the ocean and seas was also contaminated by meteorite fragments. Drinking or other use can increase the process of contamination. After contamination reaches the nervous system, replace blood with a black, self-replicating fluid called "Astral Cells." These cells reanimate the corpse and feed on radiation and biomass alike.

Traits & Abilities:

Regeneration: Limbs can reform within hours if not completely destroyed.

Hive Instinct: Individuals within a ten-kilometer radius unconsciously link through "Astral Cell" resonance, allowing swarm coordination. They can sense "Astral Cells" and swarm their devour them.

Adaptive Mutation: Every hundred feedings, the host's Astral cells reorganize into a higher life form. As their rank increases through evolution can gain tremendous power increase in physical power and defense. Also, gain unique abilities that show their potential to grow to the "Hybrid Class" level Zombie.

Ranks: Zombies are ranked according to their threat level and the current evolution they have completed. 

Infected Class: Slow, decaying bodies that are guided by instinct.

Elite Class: Enhanced muscle regeneration; capable of climbing and sprinting.

Mutant Class: Partial bone armor, acidic saliva, rudimentary strategy.

Hybrid Class: Gains a unique trait after reaching this level. Like- spikes or sonar.

Chimera Class: Control lesser zombies through pheromones; semi-sentient.

Disaster Class: Massive bio-entity radiating infection clouds; ability to destroy cities.

Calamity Class: Born in the ocean and seas. Danger: Unknown Abilities: Unknown

Note: Their bite carries infection, even with contact with their blood lead to death. No cure is found for the bite.

Hollow Beasts:  The Evolution of Predators

Animals that survived the first contamination instead of dying. Their bodies fused with "Astral Cells" and meteorite radiation, granting instinct-driven evolution. Each Generation grows stronger by devouring other mutants, absorbing their "Astral Cells."

Traits & Abilities:

Gene Assimilation: By consuming other species, they integrate traits such as armor, toxic glands, or grow wings.

Elemental Adaptation: Prolonged exposure to different environments leads to elemental abilities-electric hides near power grids, flame sacs in volcano zones, etc.

Territorial Hive-Mind: Packs act under an Alpha that controls resonance frequencies.

Ranks: The scale to measure their threat level is the same for Hollow Beasts.

Note:Each devouring cycle amplifies mutation speed exponentially. Left unchecked, a single "Calamity Class" beast can collapse an ecosystem within weeks.

BIO-SPAWN: The Blooming Infection of Flora

Plant life infected by meteorite "Astral Particles" merged with residual DNA from corpses and animals, creating semi-mobile vegetation called Bio-Spawn. They thrive in humidity, feeding on carbon and blood, expanding their domain through spores carried by wind.

Traits & Abilities:

Photosanguine Metabolism: They photosynthesize by day and drain living tissue by night.

Spore Reproduction: Every Victim becomes a new seedbed.

Symbiotic Control: Some attach to zombies or beasts, turning them into mobile nutrient hosts.

Ranks: Same method to rank them through their threat level.

Note: The greatest threat of Bio-Spawn is assimilation. Once a forest reaches Hive Grove level(sharing consciousness), it can integrate nearby organisms into the root network, turning land itself against the survivors.
