However, Roy didn't even look him in the eye. He simply raised his palm.

A pitch-black spatial vortex snapped open, its terrifying gravitational pull locking Owen's body in place!
"AAAAAAAAAAGH—!!!"
A soul-shredding shriek echoed through the lab. His body was pinned down so tightly his very bones sounded as if they were being pulverized!
The next instant, a wave of scorching energy was forcibly ripped from the depths of his chest!
The draconic power of the flames roared and struggled, yet it was ultimately stripped away, condensing into a deep-red energy core. It pulsed in Roy's palm like a burning, beating heart.

It was the encrypted channel for the Intelligence Department. "Vice Admiral Roy, the location of the Red-Haired Pirates you requested—has been confirmed."
The voice was low and clear, carrying the typical hardness of a military officer.
A wisp of a smirk appeared on Roy's lips. "Mhm. Good work."
After hanging up, he turned to Ace, Zoro, and Kuina. "You three head to Wano first. I'm going to find a 'test subject' and will join you shortly."
The trio froze. "Test subject? Red-Hair?!"
Ace blinked, following up quickly. "Wano? Big Brother Roy, what are you planning? That's Kaido's main nest!"
Roy glanced at him, but his gaze settled on the blade at Zoro's waist—the famed blade Yubashiri, which was now riddled with cracks.
"Zoro, it's time for a new sword."
"VROOM—"
The air seemed to freeze for a second. Zoro stood petrified before his breathing grew ragged, his eyes erupting with a fanatical battle intent!
"Are you serious?! Yubashiri has served me well, but I've felt it for a while now—it can't keep up with the weight of my slashes anymore!!"
Roy gave a slight nod. "Wano holds a Great Grade Blade named Enma. It is a monstrous blade that once scarred Kaido himself, known as the 'Sword that can destroy even Hell.' It releases the wielder's Ryuo without permission; if an ordinary man uses it, his Haki is sucked dry until he dies. Do you have the confidence to tame it?"
Zoro's eyes turned predatory as he gripped his hilts. "Enma...! I will make it submit!!!"
Roy turned back to Ace, his gaze softening. "While you're there, bring Otama back to Marine Headquarters. That child shouldn't have to keep living in that purgatory."
Ace's expression shifted before he broke into a wide grin. "Got it, Big Brother!"
Kuina nodded silently, her gaze sharp. She was clearly prepared to stand side-by-side with Zoro.
The three of them snapped into a rigid salute, their voices booming in unison. "YES, SIR!!!"
"VROOM—"
A spatial gate opened, and the three stepped through, their silhouettes vanishing instantly.
Only Roy and Vegapunk remained in the lab. Roy casually tossed the fierce, black giant sniper rifle into his storage space, letting out a light chuckle.
"Well then... time to let the Deadly Omen Star taste its first blood."

The Red Force sat quietly anchored at the harbor of Amazon Lily.
Shanks, followed by Benn Beckman and Lucky Roux, stepped into Nine Snake Castle under the guidance of Kikyo. Along the way, the female warriors of the Kuja stood in light armor with bows in hand, but the three pirates remained solemn, their minds far from any distractions. Their steady footsteps carried the weight of a desperate need for an alliance.
The doors opened to a meeting hall that was already fully occupied.
Boa Hancock sat high upon her throne, her posture as arrogant and cold as ever. Rayleigh and Shakky sat on either side of her, with Elder Nyon standing below. In the two years since they last met, Rayleigh's spinal injury had fully healed, and his aura was steady as he gave Shanks a slight nod.
Shanks didn't waste time on pleasantries. He went straight to the point, his tone grave. "Hancock, you've seen the Marines' recent moves. The Poneglyph was stolen, and Totto Land was destroyed... Their next target is very likely the Seven Warlords system itself!"
"You need to make a decision—join our alliance so we can face the Marine threat together!"
Hancock's slender fingers tapped the armrest of her throne, her eyes cold and haughty. "I am still one of the Seven Warlords. I do not believe the Marines would move against Amazon Lily."
Her crimson lips parted, her voice full of pride. "Furthermore, this 'alliance' of yours... can it truly contend with the current Marines?"

Rayleigh rested a hand on his sword hilt, speaking deeply. "Shanks' proposal is worth considering, Hancock. If the Marines truly lose all restraint, Amazon Lily will not be able to stay out of the storm."
The debate in the room grew heated, and the air felt as if it were solidifying.

A lazy, amused voice cut through the tension with jarring suddenness. "My, my~ everyone is having such a lively chat, aren't they?"

Roy acted as if he hadn't noticed the collective hostility. He casually pulled a chair over and sat down.
