Sasuke is a Reincarnater but during his rebirth he forgot about his last life due to child body and brain couldn't cope with his memories and all his meta knowledge was suppressed automatically.
After Uchiha massacre Sasuke remembered his last life due to repeated Sharingan genjutsu of itachi which disturbed his mind and unlocked the memories.
After that he got or unlocked his cheat or system whatever you like to call it GACHA and then got Omniversal travel system from it.
(For those who don't like system, well I can only say even with system he will be training and not entirely depends on it so you can try but there's no promise for anything)
The story starts after a year of the massacre and Sasuke is only chunin to special jonin. Even with two systems he can't replicate his seniors professionalism of getting chunin in 1 month jonin in 5 and in a year becoming kage.
What a disgrace he is.
Anyways I don't want the mc to be op at the start though he will soon have enough power to destroy konoha.
Let's take about system working.
First the gacha is going to be for the life time with him.
It works on POINTS or gacha points which he gets regularly, one point each day.
3 points are needed for 1 card.
He can get anything like character template, skills, powers, even other systems yes that too. The Omniversal travel system is the system he got from gacha.
As for its working.
It doesn't depends on point.
Each year he can unlock new world means after five year he had 5 worlds unlock, he can travel between them with some restriction.
There are two methods of travelling which I have explained in the chapter 1 or 2, I don't remember in which I wrote.
Anyways that's enough to get basic idea of what's this story is about.
Also don't expect me to update regularly I don't have much free time.

He didn't get op with them, not because they aren't talented but because he don't have resources, after genocide he had nothing left, you can see that even from the anime he didn't knew many jutsu despite being former Uchiha prince.
Being young he wasn't taught much and after genocide the village elders will not want a strong Uchiha but a weak one who they can let marry and farm new Sharingan babies for the village.
Though I can tell like he already had a base with them, what I mean is he isn't strong but he is solid below jonin though lack of combat experience can be a problem.
He can't still fight jonin and I am taking about actual jonin like Kakashi, Asuma, Zabuza not half baked like kurenai. From my perspective her becoming team leader of team 8 was pure political move. Sarutobi Wanted Asuma to be hokage like a father wanted son to inherit the position, he wanted politically strength not for himself he had enough of that already but for Asuma, that why Asuma was made leader of nara trio next clan leaders and Kurenai of hinata clan princess and other two clan future leaders, since he knows asuma is obsessed with Kurenai and will not marry with anyone else possibly....
I am getting sidetracked.
Anyways he can't match jonin since they are crazily strong, they are too much underrated because how they are presented till now. Jonin are village most powerful force after the kage or kage level combatant, each one is a master of something like ninjutsu or taijutsu some even are good and two or more thing's. They are experienced highly experienced have gone through killing there enemies.
What I want to say is they are strong and mc couldn't beat them , infact even if he defeat then in one on one he can't come out unscratched given shinobi fighting is more about deception and taking enemy out at all cost. ....
