After David arrived at the academy dorms, he entered the room where he would be living. The academy was enormous — from its exterior alone, it looked larger than any school he had ever seen in his life.
David made his way to the area where Rio was waiting for him.
Rio smiled and gave David's shoulder a friendly pat.
"So, how's the academy? Do you like it?"
David replied with a cheerful expression, his voice full of excitement.
"It looks amazing! Honestly, it's the biggest academy I've ever seen."
Rio laughed proudly and said,
"You haven't seen anything yet! But there's someone I want you to meet — she'll be here any moment."
A girl with blue hair and green eyes entered the room.
Rio smiled and gestured toward her.
"This is Mona, from the Support Class. She's one of the top students — and she'll be part of our team."
David and Mona exchanged greetings, and then Mona began explaining how the academy worked.
"The academy is divided into two main groups: **Support Users** and **Attackers**.
Support Users are those who assist the Attackers — either by enhancing their abilities or by creating opportunities for them to strike.
But the most challenging class is the **Attack Class**, because it relies entirely on individual strength. The higher your rank, the more fame and importance you gain within the academy."
Then she looked at David seriously and added,
"Rio told me about you — and it seems you're an Attacker. So you'd better be careful. This place only shows mercy to the strong.
The academy holds team tournaments to test cooperation and the ability to control your powers under extreme conditions."
She smiled slightly before continuing,
"I know it all sounds crazy to you, but that's the nature of the people here — the constant desire to become stronger.
Not because power is a luxury, but because it's the only way to live in peace in this world."
