Chapter 125 - Chapter 125: Divine Convergence

[Ding!]

[Congratulations to the host for completing the plot check-in! Sign-in level: Diamond!]

[Sign-in plot, seal the Beast Emperor of Apocalypse!]

[Plot: As the possessor of the God of the Bible's divine origin, it is only fitting to assume the responsibility of defeating and sealing Trihexa! Use your own power to seal the Beast Emperor!]

[Congratulations to the host for obtaining the reward: Gun of World's End, Modified]

[Gun of World's End, Modified: A legendary spear capable of completely deleting any target or concept, but requires the user to sacrifice their own existence as payment.

After deletion by this World-Class Item, there is no method of return except through other World-Class Items possessing resurrection capabilities.

Paid revival items and resurrection magic hold no power against this deletion!

The original Gun of World's End would also delete the user's existence. The modified version eliminates this drawback, making it a devastating trump card that can only be used once!]

"Boom, "

With the dimensional channel sealed shut, Trihexa finally closed its eyes in what could only be described as contentment.

Even with the countless sealing formations and weakening magic circles binding its massive form, the Beast felt something it hadn't experienced in ages, happiness. This was far preferable to its previous existence.

It would rather endure eternal imprisonment than continue suffering the torment it had experienced outside.

Ah, the seal felt wonderful. The seal was amazing. The seal was perfect!

After successfully sealing Trihexa, Takeyo remained in place, taking stock of his newfound power.

The divine essence of the God of the Bible... the power of the Second Dragon God. To possess such overwhelming strength even in his normal state was a sensation entirely foreign to him.

Though he had utilized the Wild Boar Varaha and White Horse Kalki incarnations to suppress the Beast Emperor, the strain on his physical body had been immense.

Perhaps before his inevitable ejection from this space-time, Takeyo's injured form would have collapsed from the burden.

But now, everything felt different. His body brimmed with vitality and purpose. Every fiber of his being pulsed with endless sacred power that felt both foreign and intimately familiar.

Since Takeyo had previously assimilated the Evil Pieces within his body, what remained was the purest form of spiritual energy.

This energy could transform into any power system imaginable, which was why he could utilize magic and techniques from countless different traditions, a versatility that had only increased after his mastery of formation arts.

Now, after gaining this divine essence, Takeyo sensed he could accomplish feats previously beyond his reach.

"Hmm, "

As Takeyo contemplated his transformation, his body began to change once more. Golden light erupted from beneath his skin.

The luminous particles coalesced in the air, forming a petite golden figure that radiated majesty and sacredness despite its diminutive size.

"It seems you have some connection to me," Takeyo observed, studying the manifestation carefully.

The God hadn't immediately separated from his body, which indicated she wished to remain in this timeline for now.

Finding a suitable era to remain in was also one of Takeyo's objectives, so this arrangement worked perfectly well.

"Indeed," the God replied softly, her golden eyes fixed intently on Takeyo.

Her time merged with his essence had been nothing short of shocking. His power was vast, boundless, profound, and immeasurable. She had never encountered an existence with such a comprehensive system of abilities!

She harbored no doubt that if Takeyo continued to grow, he would eventually surpass even her own divine might.

He seemed almost like a Child of Heaven, a being specifically crafted by the world itself.

She even wondered if Takeyo might be a special existence born on this planet to counter threats from other dimensions.

Just moments ago, while within Takeyo's being, she had sensed the transcendent nature of his physique. It far exceeded her own capabilities, reaching levels that surpassed even the Dragon God class!

After confirming their mutual willingness to cooperate, Takeyo prepared to depart from this isolated space.

He cast one final glance at Trihexa's sealed form. His eyes narrowed thoughtfully, but ultimately he made no move against the restraints.

As long as Ophis remained present, the Beast Emperor shouldn't pose any significant threat.

Heaven, Seventh Heaven

Because Takeyo now possessed the divine essence of the God of the Bible, his presence didn't trigger Heaven's defensive systems.

"Are you missing something here?" Takeyo asked, addressing the God floating beside him.

He raised an eyebrow knowingly. The current Heaven looked quite different from what he remembered.

"Missing something? What do you mean? You claim to be from the future, correct? What do you believe is absent?" the God inquired curiously, her voice maintaining its soft, melodious quality.

"I think Heaven lacks a grand formation capable of withstanding attacks from Beast Emperor-level entities," Takeyo suggested with a slight smile.

The Heavenly Realm Formation, now that was a valuable asset. In the future, it would help him gain power capable of competing with Dragon God-level beings. Apparently, it hadn't been constructed yet.

"A formation to resist the Beast Emperor? Is this something that exists in your future?" the God's lips curved upward slightly.

She had actually been considering creating such a defensive system. The materials were nearly gathered, but something crucial was still missing.

"Yes, it exists. And it's quite powerful," Takeyo confirmed with an enigmatic smile.

Not only was it powerful, but he would eventually possess authorization to use it freely.

"Very well. We should discuss magic formations and spell theory together when time permits," the God said, her voice carrying genuine interest.

For the first time, she had encountered someone who could match her expertise in magical theory, someone who, in certain aspects, even surpassed her own understanding.

Observing the intricate magical formations that operated autonomously within Takeyo's body, witnessing how he had elevated his abilities from barely suppressing Trihexa to completely overwhelming the Beast... wasn't that more impressive than her own achievements?

"When I arrive there, they should notice my return," the God murmured, her ethereal form solidifying slightly.

As a deity, she needed to maintain a certain level of dignity before her divine subjects.

In the direction she indicated, dozens of white-winged figures flew toward them at incredible speed.

Among them were several angels bearing golden wings, the Four Great Seraphs who served directly under the God's throne.

"By the way, do you wish to be recognized as the Son or the Husband?" the God asked suddenly, her tone carefully neutral. "With your shared origin to mine, becoming either would grant you tremendous benefits. Through the power of faith, you might acquire strength sufficient to combat threats from other worlds when you return to your own time."

"Do you also know about the other world?" Takeyo's surprise was genuine.

Even Zhenhong hadn't been aware of the existence of alternate dimensions. How had the God discovered this information?

"I've occasionally sensed traces of such things while traveling beyond Heaven," the God replied simply, her gaze intensifying as it fixed on Takeyo. "What is your answer?"

Regarding this existence who shared her divine origin, who was, in essence, a male manifestation of herself, she held extraordinarily high hopes.

Perhaps together, they could explore realms beyond even the Dragon God level!

This was the hope she now placed in Takeyo.

"Son or Husband? If possible, I would prefer to be recognized as your Husband," Takeyo said with conviction.

He understood that both the Son and Holy Father were merely mythological constructs, roles played in human religious narratives that bore no actual relationship to the deity herself.

For instance, Zeus had assumed the form of various animals in Greek mythology. In reality, these were simply evolutions of mythological storytelling. The god himself had never actually performed such transformations.

The identities of Son and Husband carried no inherent meaning beyond their symbolic value.

But this was also Takeyo exercising his personal preference. Some things simply didn't appeal to him, and he never forced himself to accept what he disliked.

"Holy Father? Or perhaps... Saint Husband?" the God repeated, genuine surprise coloring her tone.

"Saint Husband. The Saint Husband who stands as your equal," Takeyo clarified with an unwavering smile.

"Understood," the God nodded thoughtfully.

Grayfia, standing nearby, couldn't help but express her displeasure through vigorous winking.

Master Takeyo, why are you being seduced? You promised to be my partner!

How do I feel like you're now interested in the God of the Bible instead?

Though Grayfia understood this was likely the inevitable outcome, she still wanted to fight for what she desired.

Meanwhile, the Four Great Seraphs and their angelic escort reached Takeyo's position. The first thing they noticed was the God's presence.

"Lord God!" All the angels gazed upon her with reverent, devoted eyes.

However, after several seconds, their expressions shifted to confusion.

Because they noticed the human male and demon female accompanying the God...

Identity wasn't particularly important. Since they arrived with the God, they must be absolutely trustworthy. What truly puzzled them was something else entirely.

Why did that young human male also emanate the powerful aura of the God of the Bible?

In fact, his divine presence felt even more potent than the God's own!

If they relied solely on spiritual perception rather than visual confirmation, they would unhesitatingly identify Takeyo as the true God of the Bible!

Actually, Takeyo had no desire to expose this overwhelming aura.

Previously, he could have used his powerful spiritual essence to suppress the God's signature within himself, but now he found himself unable to do so.

Because he hadn't yet fully separated from the God, he could only allow the immense divine aura to radiate freely from both of them.

Observing the angels' reactions, the God gave a slight nod of understanding.

"You may regard him as the Son of God. If I cannot guide you forward on your spiritual path in the future, the Son of God will lead you instead," the God proclaimed, her crisp yet majestic voice spreading outward in gentle waves.

All the angels displayed expressions of shock.

The Son of God? Why haven't we heard of this before?

Moreover, doesn't the legend you left behind describe you as a Trinity?

Could it be that you're actually genderless? And you've only recently manifested separate male and female avatars representing yin and yang?

Strange thoughts flickered through the minds of Michael and the other two Seraphs.

As for the fourth Seraph...

Well, she simply thought, Oh, so this is the Lord's Son.

Her naturally spacey disposition left her unbothered by complex theological questions.

"No, don't call me Son of God. I have no interest in being a substitute," Takeyo interjected, touching his chin thoughtfully.

He remembered the sign-in notification from earlier.

"Eh?" confusion rippled through the assembled angels.

"If not the Lord's Son, then what should we call you?" Michael asked the God with visible uncertainty.

"He is the Saint Husband," the God corrected immediately, her tone brooking no argument.

She placed considerable importance on proper titles.

What did "Saint Husband" even mean?

Even if it sounded awkward, wasn't this title basically announcing to everyone that this person was her husband?

That wouldn't do at all. She valued propriety in such matters.

At the very least, this kind of declaration should wait until after they had confirmed their relationship. It was definitely too premature now.

"No, it's Saint Husband!" Takeyo responded with equal firmness.

Unlike his previous answer, this time he employed the authority inherent in the God of the Bible!

All angels were created by the God, which meant he, now possessing power equivalent to or surpassing hers, wielded tremendous influence over every angel present!

"No! It's the Son!" the God insisted, her teeth grinding together slightly as she shot Takeyo a dissatisfied look.

Hey, I'm the one in charge here!

"I said it's Saint Husband," Takeyo maintained his position with equal determination, meeting her gaze directly.

By sheer coincidence, he happened to be someone who refused to yield on matters he considered important.

"Son!" the God's golden eyes widened challengingly.

"Saint Husband!" Takeyo locked eyes with her, neither backing down.

Just as the tension between them reached its peak, a soft, confused voice broke through the standoff.

"Since they're both masters, shouldn't we differentiate them by gender?"

Gabriel felt she had conceived a wonderful solution.

"Gender?" both Takeyo and the God responded simultaneously, eyebrows raising.

The first thought that crossed Takeyo's mind was the distinction between Holy Mother and Holy Father.

"Just call them Lord God and Lady God, perhaps?" Gabriel suggested in her characteristically gentle, somewhat airheaded manner.

Both Takeyo and the God's expressions twitched at the same instant.
