[3rd POV]
Patriarch hand moved swiftly and a soft chop on the neck of Oracle made him faint, then he turn towards the healers there and said "Keep him sedated for now and see if you can do something about his eyes and whole situation and keep me posted on any changes"
The main healer in room bowed his head and said "As Patriarch orders." Then with slight hesitation, he asked further " I have a request for Patriarch to consider"
"Speak" Patriarch ordered.
"We have used healing potion upto Tier 1 and their had been no changes, any healing potion or even healing spell have no effect. It's like all healing potion and spells designate the current state of his body as optimum one. I would like for Patriarch's permission to use Tier 4 healing potion and see if that could bring any changes." The healer requested while bowing his head.
"You have my consent but report to me immediately after using the potion" Patriarch commanded then he and Sasha left the room.
When they came out, Sasha asked "What are you thinking Brother in law?"
"Let's head to meeting room I have to contact father and inform him of this unprecedented situation." Patriarch replied while both walked towards one of the closest meeting room.
Both entered the meeting room, then Patriarch took out a cube shaped structure with a square hole on one side and let cube float in mid-air and gave mental command to cube to connect to Grand Patriarch.
Cube pulsed with yellowish light and started humming a little then after about 30 seconds, from the square hole, few particles stirred upwards in air and coalesced to form the image of slightly middle aged man, striking golden hair similar to Patriarch, unblemished face and a golden coloured beard trimmed neatly but his eyes showing signs of weariness of completed work but also a contained joy threatening to come out.
The man in image said with enthusiastic voice "Tell me the good news son, is the child a boy or girl and how's my brave daughter in law doing?"
After the image formed, both Sasha and Patriarch got on one knee and greeted the man after hearing his question.
The Patriarch said "I, Matthew Ro'nark greets The Flame King Michael Ro'nark"
Followed by Sasha "I, Sasha Soldrake greets the Grand Patriarch of Ro'nark Family."
After their greetings, Matthew answered with a respectful voice "Father Naomi is in labour currently and child is yet to be delivered, I have contacted you regarding other matter that come to our attention few minutes ago."
During their greeting and Matthew's answer, Michael had already seen the expression on both of their faces, so he said "Yeah, rise both of you. It's good to see you Sasha. I can see from the condition of your faces that it is something serious, so tell me what's so important that you have to call me while my daughter in law is in labour."
Sasha nodded slightly at Grand Patriarch's remark, Matthew nodded after hearing the question and said "Yes, Father."
Then he went on to explain the interaction between Sasha and Oracle then his first encounter with Oracle at the hall, then he told his further questioning of Oracle in the room and condition of Oracle and healer's opinion on him.
After hearing the detailed explanation from his son, Michael who was standing till now, sat down on a seat nearby and pondered on this for few moments then looked at his son and asked "Any other abnormalities or any other phenomenon occurred during this or even in duration of whole 9 months?"
Matthew thought for a few seconds then replied "No father, no such things occurred, it only happened when Malcom tried to look into the future of the child."
Michael nodded and said "Firstly, we don't have such powerful enemy and if this being is as powerful to cripple someone just by saying few words or his mere presence then we would also be no match for him, so such being trying to enter our family by such means or this type of thought makes no sense, so we can relax on this matter that this is not an enemy act but we should still remain vigilance.
Secondly, there can be many and multiple scenarios here for such occurrence and the said reaction only happened when someone tried to intrude. We are not in any immediate danger but just to be sure, I will come to planet in few hours. I was already planning to visit my new grandchild anyway.
I will also bring few powerful Artifacts and Potions with me to see if the condition of Oracle can be improved until then just stay beside Naomi and make sure she is alright and excellent intuition Sasha, your instinct may gave us chance to be ready if there is any unforeseen circumstance in future or any mysterious chances to this family."
After saying this the particles shaping the image lost their shine and they collapsed inside the square hole as Grand Patriarch ended communication.
Sasha and Matthew looked at each other, both feeling relaxed after hearing the explanation of situation by Grand Patriarch. Sasha then asked with inquisitive voice "What chance was Grand Patriarch talking about Brother in law?"
Matthew smiled slightly for first time after being in this situation when he heard the question and replied "I can follow father's thinking, if there is chance that such being is born as child or if the child is related to such powerful being and if he is not a threat to alliance of our family and if we are able to get control over child or make use of such being's power for our purpose, then our rise as biggest Overlord of this Planet or rise of Family or Syndicate in tower will be monumental.
Talking to father, really calmed me and I am starting to think this situation as more of an opportunity rather than curse for us."
Sasha gasped after hearing his reasoning and his eyes widened for few seconds then she also started grinning from ear to ear and said with ecstatic voice "If what you and Grand Patriarch are thinking become true then our rise will be inevitable. We will rule the planet and gain a strong footing in Tower."
