Regina was walking on the city streets by herself, this was an hour after she and the rest of her friends had separated in order to go see how the boys where doing "Yuji, I wonder what he's doing right now. He's probably asleep or something. Knowing him, he's most like trying to get some rest from the mission of two weeks ago.". As she kept walking, she thought to herself again "Who could have thought a patrol mission in an abandoned city would have turned out to be as dangerous as that? I mean, I know all missions are dangerous, but that was unexpected.". Meanwhile, Yuji was just laying on his bed, he was already asleep. Suddenly, the sleeping boy felt something, it was a rush of sudden power that had been given to him in a dark void. After the sudden burst of huge burst blue energy in the dark void, a cirlcle that was similar to his authority mark appeared. Yuji suddenly woke up with a gasp "GAAAH!", he started breathing heavily. He took a sigh and sat up "What the hell was that?", he asked himself, Yuji looked at the back of his palm "For a moment, I felt something. I also saw something too. It was something similar to my authority mark.". Yuji started to rub his eye "Tch, whatever. I'll just go outside to catch some air, after that, I'll go back to the hostel.", Yuji stood up and wore his sandals "Grandpa, I'm heading out.", he said. As soon as Yuji opened the door to his house, he saw Regina at the other end trying to knock. Regina was stunned, the same for Yuji, both of them didn't know what to say too each other "Y-Y-Y-YUJIIII?!", Regina screamed. Yuji also stuttered and screamed "R-REGINA?!", Regina stuttered in a loud tone while feeling nervous "WHA- WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!", Yuji responded in the same tone "THIS IS MY HOUSE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!", Regina stuttered "I-I-I!". Nagumo who was in his room couldn't help but to feel a bit uncomfortable and dumbfounded "Hm! Looks like he's going through things like this too.", the old man said in his conscience. Later, Yuji and Regina where just sitted infront of the front door of the house, they both didn't know what to say to each other at all. Regina looked confused, Yuji also looked calm but shy too "So, what did you come here for?", Yuji asked. Regina replied "Well, I came to see you, that's all.". Her eyes tilted towards Yuji "So.... how are you feeling? I heard you woke up today.", Yuji explained "Yeah, I did. Everyone of us woke up from our two weeks coma today.". Regina responded "That's good. I'm glad to hear that.", after a moment of silence, Yuji asked "Is that all you came here for?", Regina explained "Well, I came here to see you. And you seem to be fine, so they shouldn't really be anything more.". Regina thought to herself while feeling shy "Oooooh! I feel so nervous, and I suck. I came here to see him without thinking of anything else in mind.", Yuji then asked Regina "Hey, Regina? You wanna go for a walk?". Regina raised her head "A walk? Sure.", later, Regina and Yuji were taking a walk down the city. Regina looked around "Today sure is peaceful.", she said, Yuji replied "Yeah, it sure is. Most of the time when things like this happen, it's probably because something bad happened. Almost as if the city got attacked while we were gone.". Yuji thought to himself with a wierd smile "For some reason, that idea doesn't seem too far off.", Regina then asked him "Is everything okay?", Yuji smiled at her "Oh, sure. Everything's good, I'm just a little tired and dumbfounded, that's all.". Regina then asked "How's Volt? Is he doing okay?", Yuji explained "Oh, Volt? He's doing well. Surprisingly, he seems more casual than the rest of us.". Regina giggled "Hm, I guess I should expect that.", she looked up in the air and said "We've all been asleep for two weeks. The mission to that city of pillars was something that really pushed us.", Yuji added "Seriously, what was that? First of, we fight huge killer drones. Second of all, we found ourselves fighting some guy that tried to snipe us. And the last one was just something else. I'm just glad we're okay.". Regina nodded her head "Yeah, I am. I couldn't imagine you or anyone else dying, I'd be really sad.", Yuji sighed "Me too. But hey, we made it this far, so I guess we should be more confident in ourselves.". Regina laughed softly, Yuji looked at her and asked "What's funny?", Regina explained "Nothing, it's just that In moments like this, the world just feels brighter. I mean, we don't have to worry about unnecessary fights and missions. Nor do we have to worry about the fact that we can die at any moment.", Yuji thought to himself "Actually, as we are, we could die now, but that's besides the point.". Regina smiled at him "All I'm saying is that, I'm glad we're still here. Yuji.", Yuji's eyes widened a little before he just smiled softly "Yeah, I'm happy too.". Regina grabbed Yuji by the hand "Come on, let's go somewhere fun.", Yuji was a bit stunned by her behaviour, he just smiled "Yeah, let's.". The two young couple had ran off with smiles on their faces. Unknown to them, Nagumo was standing on a building watching them, he couldn't help but to smile "Yuji, you and that girl better grow stronger together. Okay?", he muttered to himself. Gwen on the other hand was walking on her own on a street "Gosh, I'm tired. How the hell am I still tired. I've been asleep for two weeks now, I should still have enough energy to walk.", she sighed "Who am I kidding? My body's not getting energetic any time soon.", she looked up at the sky "I should probably go do some gun training to get myself back on track.".
