His eyes went wide with shock, mouth falling agape at the heat burning along the side of his cheek.
"Fucking shameless, that's what you are, Niklas Morze," Kaija snarled. Her blue eyes were cold and murderous, glaring at the young man still clutching his face.
She hadn't wanted to resort to such a violent measure, standing right in front of the headquarters of a prestigious magazine. And yet just hearing those disgusting words spill out of Niklas's mouth, her last restraint shattered.
"Marja Ralpha is probably six months pregnant with your own child now, and you're here crying to me that you still love me? After you saw me on TV?" Kaija scoffed. "You should be ashamed of yourself. No, actually, I feel so ashamed of myself for wasting four years of my life with scum like you."
