It was night, and the great sea was perfectly still. A small boat rested quietly on the surface.
The ocean was so calm that not a single ripple or gust of wind disturbed it. The surface looked like a mirror, reflecting the crescent moon high in the sky.
At the bow of the boat, Xinán quietly watched the sickle-like moon reflecting on the water, contemplating his future.
After a drinking session with his colleagues after work, he had somehow mysteriously transmigrated—Xinán sincerely hoped it wasn't a result of his head somehow ending up in a toilet.
For Xinán, who had grown accustomed to the "blessings" of the 996 (and even 007) work schedule, none of that mattered anymore. The only people he truly worried about were his parents. As an adult, Xinán had already accepted the fact that he was now in the world of One Piece.
Transmigration exists, so it must be rational; Xinán had no argument there.
But he desperately needed a cheat or a system!
Without a system, without a cheat, how was a defenseless ordinary person like him supposed to survive in this world?
What was even more frustrating was that his physical body had crossed over with him, and his only added ability was built-in language translation.
For someone completely used to the conveniences of 21st-century technology, being thrown into an environment akin to the Western Middle Ages was truly a struggle for survival.
It's true the One Piece world has advanced technology (Black Tech), but its political structure and culture are actually quite similar to medieval Europe.
The average person's resilience to risk is incredibly fragile. Xinán currently had no clue how to earn money or survive in this world, but fortunately, Nami had picked him up.
Since Nami had saved his life and he might have to rely on her for survival, Nami made Xinán sign various unequal treaties, successfully making him her slave.
The question is: If you transmigrate as an ordinary person, how do you survive in the world of One Piece?
The best answer is undoubtedly to join the Straw Hat Pirates; you virtually can't die there.
And now, Xinán had already latched onto the thigh of the future leader of the Straw Hats, the boss who beats up anyone who crosses her: Nami, the Thief Cat.
If he had the ability, of course, he'd strike out on his own with Nami.
Creak!
The cabin door opened from the inside. Hearing the sound, Xinán turned to see Nami emerging from the boat's small cabin, now wearing a different outfit: a white short-sleeved shirt and tight shorts.
Though the boat was small, it did have a little cabin to shelter from the wind and rain. However, the crossed-swords-and-skull logo on the sail clearly showed it had been stolen by Nami from some pirate crew.
"Nami!" Xinán greeted her.
Nami simply grunted in response, then said to him a bit awkwardly, "Xinán, why don't you go inside the cabin for a while?"
Xinán looked at Nami, surprised. "Is something wrong?"
Since Nami hadn't allowed him inside earlier, Xinán had been enduring the cold night wind outside. Now, her invitation confused him.
In response to his question, Nami's eyes widened. She stood tall, chest out, placed one hand on her hip, and pointed at him commandingly: "Get inside when I tell you to! Why so many questions?" She added, "I'm warning you, don't touch my treasure chest, or you'll regret it."
Nami raised her fist in a threatening gesture.
The weather was fine. Despite only having a crescent moon, the white moonlight streamed down like water. Xinán clearly saw the impatience and urgency in Nami's eyes.
"Oh," he said. Though he didn't understand, Xinán obediently stood up and entered the cabin.
Inside, a single candle flickered, illuminating the cramped space. The furnishings were sparse: besides a bed, bedding, and clothes, there was only a treasure chest placed by the head of the bed.
As soon as Xinán entered the cabin, the door was shut. He heard something outside pressing against the door, and Xinán realized it was Nami's Clima Tact staff, but he didn't understand why she was bracing the door.
He quickly found out why.
Once she confirmed the cabin door was braced shut, Nami swiftly walked to the edge of the boat, pulled down her tight shorts, exposing her fair buttocks and thighs to the air. She then performed a difficult squatting move, jutting her butt over the side of the boat like she was using a toilet, sitting on the gunwale.
If Xinán could have seen Nami right now, he would have noticed her face was completely red, from her neck to her earlobes.
Having lived on the sea for so many years, Nami was no stranger to finding creative ways to solve her basic needs. But at this moment, she felt an unprecedented shame, as she had never done such a thing so close to a man.
Today, Nami felt her boundaries were constantly being shattered—from mouth-to-mouth to the tongue incident, and now relieving herself with only a wooden wall separating her from a man. She felt she had no privacy left.
But when nature calls, it's uncontrollable. Although deeply ashamed, Nami's endurance had reached its limit.
The pressure valve opened. With the sudden relaxation, her tense muscles loosened, and Nami instantly felt all her energy drain away.
Inside the cabin, the air was scented with hints of tangerines and printing ink (from the money); Xinán knew this was Nami's natural scent.
The sea was so quiet at night, with no wind or waves, that every little sound was clearly audible.
A stream of warm water hissed out, followed by the splashing sound of the water hitting the sea surface.
The faint scent of the girl in the air, combined with the sound of running water from outside, made Xinán's heart pound like a wild horse, thundering thump-thump-thump. His heart felt like it was about to jump out of his chest.
His blood pressure spiked, making Xinán see black. He leaned weakly against the cabin door.
He had just survived a near-death experience, mysteriously transmigrated, and grown younger; his body was so frail that this small stimulation was nearly too much for him.
The air was so silent that the sound of Xinán leaning against the door was clearly audible. Nami was instantly startled, clutching her small shorts. If Xinán dared to step outside, she was ready to give him a severe beating.
However, it was only a false alarm.
Time passed slowly. Just as Xinán was dizzy and seeing black from overstimulation, the door behind him was suddenly yanked open, causing him to stumble and nearly fall backward.
The blush had receded from Nami's face. Seeing Xinán's disheveled state, she pretended to be bold and said fiercely, "You didn't touch my treasure chest, did you!"
Steadying himself and seeing Nami's fierce glare, Xinán, whose heart was still racing, forced a smile: "Of course not! Thanks to you, I'm alive, and I still owe you a huge amount of money!"
As soon as money was mentioned, Nami instantly revealed the true nature of the greedy little thief cat. She sized up Xinán and said playfully, "You heard everything, didn't you? Fine, I'll charge you 1 million Beli for that."
As she spoke, Nami leaned closer to Xinán, tilted her head back, and blew a breath of hot air onto his neck, adopting a sexually provocative pose—the previous shyness completely gone.
Xinán was an experienced man, but for some reason, he felt like he had zero resistance to this little thief cat.
The hot breath on his neck from the small thief cat instantly made Xinán's heartbeat and breathing quicken.
Seeing that she had Xinán completely under her control, Nami continued sweetly, "Today, I saved you, you ate my food, and you're staying on my boat. So, you now owe me 11 million Beli!"
Looking at the girl whose eyes were literally filled with dollar signs, Xinán finally regained his composure.
"Nami, why are you suddenly charging so much? I don't have any money," Xinán said, a drop of cold sweat running down his forehead.
Nami tilted her head and said slyly, "If you don't have the money, you can just be my slave!"
With that, Nami grabbed Xinán and pulled him out of the cabin.
Bang! The cabin door was slammed shut and locked tightly from the inside.
The cool sea breeze blew, finally restoring Xinán's overheated brain. He realized he might have just been completely manipulated by Nami, but it was already too late.
On the high seas, the sound of running water echoed endlessly in his mind. This night was certainly going to be a sleepless one for Xinán.
