Day 114 Post Ascension;
It has already been a few days since I joined the Arcana Association, and I really don't like the code name I was given. At first, I thought it was alright, since it sounded cool, but there are a lot of better names in the gathering.
Why didn't I get any of them instead?
Yes, I know the rules of the gathering, but still… Why didn't the holder of The Emperor or even The Sun Symbol die off instead?
I would have replaced them and taken on their title…
Yes, I know it's not that simple.
The leader takes us from different points in time and space, and the selection process for a new member is random. If it were someone else and not the previous Hanged Man who died, I may not have been chosen.
I can't help but wonder if he can actually reach into The Blessed Lands of the Gods and draw in some of my comrades there. If he could, I can send a message to them and warn them about those wicked deities that deceived us all this time.
