Inside the carriage where Sanji was, he had been fighting the train's head chef, Wanze.
After a while, Wanze realized he couldn't match Sanji in hand-to-hand combat, so he unleashed his ultimate move:
He poured a bag of flour into his mouth, forming a protective armor to fight Sanji.
Sanji's kicks got stuck in the flour, and he was thrown down several times.
Ultimately, he grabbed a nearby kitchen knife, broke Wanze's technique, and kicked him into the carriage holding the main members of Cipher Pol 9.
At that moment, Franky had just knocked the new Cipher Pol 9 member, Nero, off the carriage. Lucci and the others stood up and watched Franky and Sanji.
"It suddenly got lively," Kalifa adjusted her glasses.
Blueno said blankly, "It seems all the escort soldiers have been taken care of."
Kaku added, "Anyway, we didn't have high expectations."
Sanji lit a cigarette. "It's them, right? The guys who captured Robin."
Franky replied, "Probably, but be careful—they use some strange body techniques."
Lucci kicked Wanze away, then walked over to Nero. "Who is this guy?"
Kaku said, "The Cipher Pol 9 newcomer Koji mentioned—Nero, a user of Four Styles."
Nero sat up in a half-crouch and glared at Franky. "Damn it! I'll never forgive you! I'm a combat genius! I don't care anymore—I'm going to kill you!"
"Hey, newcomer," Lucci said.
Nero answered, "You're Rob Lucci, right? I didn't have time for greetings; wait—I'm going to kill him now."
Lucci replied coldly, "Franky is to be captured alive. Swayed by emotions, unable to follow orders… No matter. I'll give you three seconds. Run."
"Huh?" Nero turned, confused. "Run from who? Wait, no way!!"
"3, 2, 1…" Lucci counted down mercilessly.
Realizing the danger, Nero used his escape technique: "Shave!"
But in front of Lucci, even that speed wasn't enough. Lucci poked him with a single finger.
"Someone like you, who does everything halfway, cannot be a member of Cipher Pol 9. Only by mastering the Six Styles can you be considered a superhuman, kid," Lucci said.
He turned to Kalifa. "Report to the supervisor later: the newcomer is weak and useless."
"Understood," Kalifa replied.
Sanji, standing to the side, muttered, "Are these guys justice organizations?"
Franky asked, "Who exactly are the bad guys?"
Sanji and Usopp hadn't followed Sandy's plan—they went straight to rescue Robin from Cipher Pol 9. Despite their courage, they were no match for Lucci and the others.
However, a prior agreement ensured that the Straw Hat Crew wouldn't be killed—they could leave Water 7 safely. Sanji and the others, though injured, weren't in danger of losing their lives.
In the end, Robin still left with Cipher Pol 9, and Franky was captured as well.
Elsewhere, on the Rocketman carriage:
Sandy grabbed Barry's ear. "Hey Barry, how about being our nakama!"
Luffy shouted into Barry's other ear, "Be our nakama, you damn Barry!"
Barry yelled, "You shameless woman! How many times do I have to tell you—wear long pants! And you two!"
He turned to the Square Sisters of the Franky Family. "And you! This is a public place—how can you expose your legs like that?"
Nami, dark-faced, asked Sandy, "Why are you so insistent on him joining us?"
Sandy shrugged. "He often has cigars to smoke."
Luffy added, "We can watch him play with ropes."
Barry, angry, said, "Enough! I'm Vice President of Carrera Company. Iceberg needs me. Stop messing with my hair!"
Sandy withdrew. "If you don't want me to, I won't."
Chimney ran up. "Barry, your hairstyle is so cute! It looks like mine…"
Barry pulled out a mirror. His hair stuck up in vertical braids that spread to the sides.
"…Barry," someone muttered.
"You bastard, I'll fight you!"
Zambai of the Franky Family shouted, "Stop arguing! Something's wrong outside! Why is there a carriage in front?"
A shipwright asked, "Was it detached?"
Chopper exclaimed, "Could Sanji and Usopp be in that?"
Someone shouted, "Whether they are or not, we'll crash if we keep going!"
Luffy stood up. "I'll go see what's in there."
Before Sandy could react, Luffy had already launched himself over.
"Rocket Launcher…"
Sandy slapped his forehead. Isn't this guy afraid of falling into the sea?
In the detached carriage:
"Boom…"
"What's flying over?"
Luffy crashed through the roof, a long wooden plank lodging against his stomach.
"You—who are you, kid?" a Navy soldier demanded.
Luffy didn't answer or remove the plank. He shouted, "Sanji, are you there?"
"Usopp?"
He called out through cabinets, shelves, and food gaps. The Navy soldiers were dumbfounded.
After searching, Luffy moved on, the plank still stuck to him.
Passing through a doorway, the ends blocked his path, but he just pushed with all his might—without advancing an inch.
Then someone recognized him:
"It's Straw Hat Boy Luffy!!"
"Bang bang bang…"
Sandy, observing through Observation Haki on the Rocketman, saw everything. He couldn't believe Luffy's idiocy.
"Hahaha…" Sandy doubled over, laughing.
Nami asked, "What's so funny? Stop laughing!"
"Hahaha! My stomach hurts!" Sandy replied.
Zoro said, "You didn't eat something bad, did you?"
Sandy shook his head, laughing.
Meanwhile, Luffy shouted, "Zoro, cut it! It's in the way."
Zoro walked to the very front of the Rocketman.
"In this chaotic world, I shall cut through the mundane," he said.
He squatted down, swords crossed in hand.
"Two Sword Style Iai: Rashomon!!"
The carriage split in half from the sword energy.
The Navy soldiers and suited men could only use the wrecked carriage as a makeshift boat.
