Haruto then took a deep breath before letting it all out at once and started speaking, "The fireball jutsu is a really simple jutsu, you first coat your throat with chakra to avoid burning it and then pass chakra through the tenketsu in your chest to create a fire nature chakra and spit that out."
"Bu- burn!?" Naruto asked, startled.
"Of course, since you're spitting out fire, it would be really bad if the inside of your body was burnt by it, wouldn't it?"
"But-"
"It's really simple… try it out, first generate a little bit of spiritually dominant chakra and coat your hand to start off with. Once you can do that evenly you can coat your throat properly. And when you can do that you can finally spit out the fireball."
"Spiritually dominant chakra?" Naruto asked with clear confusion and suddenly Haruto realised something, "Do you even know how to create chakra in the body?"
Naruto frowned, "Are you making fun of me?"
A six year old Naruto with a frown on his face looked quite adorable, but Haruto controlled his expression and didn't let anything show, making him seem quite unfeeling and cold.
Naruto's frown deepened but Haruto quickly spoke up, "Then let's put a pin on this for now. You'll first need to learn how to extract spiritual energy and physical energy from your body to create chakra. Only once you can do that will you be able to learn how to perform any fancy jutsu."
"Then how do I go about making this chakra thingy…" Naruto asked the natural question.
"That's simple." Haruto started off explaining, "First sit down in the lotus posture."
Naruto frowned since he didn't know what the lotus posture was but Haruto helpfully demonstrated allowing Naruto to copy him in the cross legged posture.
"Then close your eyes and hear my instructions."
Naruto closed his eyes and carefully paid attention to Haruto's next words, "Try and feel the cloud of energy sitting inside your head… Do you feel it?"
With his eyes closed Naruto tried to turn his focus inwards, for a few seconds he didn't quite feel anything much, but just as he was about to give up he felt it, a massive reserve of dense energy sitting right inside his head.
"Yes I do! Is this chakra!?"
"What? No, that's called spiritual energy. Break some of it away from the cloud and drag it to your belly button. The belly button is the location of the largest tenketsu in your body."
"What's a tenketsu?"
"A tenketsu is many things, but for now think of it as a machine, your chakra is the fuel which allows it to perform different actions."
Naruto frowned in thought as he let the words settle into his mind while trying his best to drag some spiritual energy into his largest tenketsu. It took him some time and Haruto patiently waited and after about half a minute, Naruto said with slight exhaustion, "I think I did it."
"Good… just to verify, do you feel something cold around your belly button?"
"Yes! It's cold!"
"Alright, that's the spiritual energy part done. Now feel the physical energy in your body around the belly button. Not where you dragged the spiritual energy, but inside the fleshy body around it."
Naruto's frown turned deeper. He tried feeling around his belly button but felt nothing. Just as he was feeling frustrated and began wondering if Haruto was misleading him on purpose he felt a warm current run throughout his body. It was like it was already there and he'd just awakened to it.
"What do I do with it?" Naruto quickly asked, already coaxing a part of it out of his body.
"This warm thing is called physical energy. Mix it with the spiritual energy in your tenketsu. Make sure the mix is even and consistent by churning both of them until you begin to feel them as one."
Naruto focused calmly once again with renewed vigour and with a sudden shout he exclaimed, "It's done! I feel it mixing with each other! The result is both cold and warm!"
"Good… that is chakra."
Naruto quickly opened his eyes and looked at Haruto with an earnest expression. "Now teach me how to do that cool fireball jutsu!"
Haruto almost giggled at Naruto's innocence but held himself back at the last second and spoke with a stern expression, "No. First you've got to learn how to control that chakra. If you can't control it successfully you'll only waste my time and your own."
"But I can control it just fine! Look!" Naruto said with excitement as he tried dragging around the chakra he'd just created, only as soon as he tried he felt the true unruly nature of the energy he'd just created.
Naruto stood there in an embarrassing posture with his hands outstretched for a good five seconds before blushing and quickly putting his hands away.
"How do I control it then?"
Haruto shook his head, "One thing at a time. Tomorrow I'll bring you my textbook to show you the Leaf Concentration Exercise. Once you master it decently I'll show you the fireball jutsu."
"Tomorrow!! But you promised it would be today!!?!?"
"I told you already that it would take time… just think of today as taking one step in the grand scheme of things and enjoy it."
"ARRGGHHHHH!! I knew I shouldn't have trusted you!!!"
Haruto hid his smile behind a stern frown and simply turned around and started walking away, leaving Naruto to collapse on the ground and throw his tantrums on his own.
Once in his home, Haruto entered the Dark God's shrine in his house and broke out into a fit of laughter after making sure it was closed shut.

"How…" Kushina asked absent-mindedly while looking at the screen projecting Haruto's expression in front of them.
And everyone stayed silent since they didn't really understand how Haruto was expressing his emotions so openly.
"Are you sure there's an emotion numbing seal in there Granny Mito?" Kushina asked softly.
Mito's eyes had narrowed while looking at the screen and she frowned, deep in thought.
"Maybe Danzo didn't plant the entire seal onto him?" Mito voiced her guess but Hiruzen quickly shook his head, "That's not possible… Danzo isn't the type to leave things out… and I doubt he even knows how the seal works… he probably got it from some Uzumaki when they were still alive…"
It was then that Hashirama voiced out his idea, "Maybe the Dark God he prays to is real?"
Nearly everyone recoiled at the idea with Tobirama having the most visible reaction that made him look like he was ready to smack Hashirama's head for even suggesting the idea, stopping only because Hashirama was older than him.
"But there's no other explanation, is there? And I have this feeling… like Haruto-kun's Dark God is really powerful and it'd be fun to fight him!" Hashirama tried to argue but found no support so he sat depressed in a corner, drawing circles.
Tobirama was the one to break the silence that ensued, "Perhaps Haruto is a little special… maybe he figured out a way to break the control of the seal on his own… wasn't his Creative Intelligence statistic really high? It might be related to that."
"But…" Kushina wanted to ask what Haruto did to break control when the seal they were dealing with was so hard to even understand, but couldn't bring herself to since everyone had the same puzzled look as her.
