With a furious roar, a crimson gleam flashed through Zoro's eyes.
He tightened his grip around all three swords.
His right foot slammed against the ground as his body shot toward Kuina like a cannonball.
The three blades in his hands released streaks of blue sword energy.
The attacks flowed like clear water, beautiful and fluid, yet overflowing with deadly killing intent.
Kuina's eyes sharpened.
"Good!"
She raised Wado Ichimonji high with both hands before bringing it crashing down.
"Water Dragon Heavenly Wall!!"
Boom!!
The instant her voice fell, a massive blue waterspout erupted before her.
It was a deadly technique formed from the fusion of her spiritual pressure and sword intent.
Zoro's pupils contracted, but he remained calm.
Clenching his swords tightly, he charged straight into the raging vortex without hesitation.
Boom!!!
The collision between the two techniques exploded violently across the battlefield.
Zoro was blasted backward by the shockwave, while Kuina drove Wado Ichimonji into the ground to stabilize herself.
As the dust slowly cleared, both figures appeared once more.
Kuina's breathing remained steady and calm. She casually wiped the blade of Wado Ichimonji before looking toward Zoro.
Zoro, however, was clearly in rough shape.
Although he had protected himself with Armament Haki in time, the overwhelming impact had still damaged his internal organs.
Slowly, Zoro pushed himself back to his feet, suppressing the pain spreading through his body.
"Junior brother, you should stop resisting and surrender."
Hearing Kuina's voice, Zoro froze for a moment.
The image of Sanji and the others being captured flashed through his mind.
The anger in his eyes intensified.
"Surrender? Not happening!"
He exhaled deeply, forcing every distracting thought out of his head.
His body lowered slightly.
A terrifying demonic aura burst from behind him.
In an instant, six phantom swords formed around his body.
"Nine Sword Style: Asura, Piercing Might!!"
The moment the words left his mouth, Zoro vanished.
In the blink of an eye, he appeared directly before Kuina.
His gaze burned with the savage fury of Asura itself.
Nine blades slashed down simultaneously!
Kuina leaned her body forward slightly, her right foot stepping ahead.
Her right hand gripped Wado Ichimonji at her waist.
"Your spirit is impressive, junior brother."
"But you still lack refinement."
"Scarlet Dragon Bind!!"
Slash!!
A brilliant white flash erupted.
The two figures passed each other instantly, both frozen in finishing stances.
Kuina let out a slow breath.
The moment Wado Ichimonji returned to its sheath, countless streams of blood burst from Zoro's body.
"This time... you win again..."
After saying those final words, Zoro collapsed heavily onto the ground.
Kuina turned and looked at the motionless Zoro lying there.
She sighed softly.
"If only you hadn't chosen the path of a pirate."
Shaking her head, she waved her hand lightly.
A three-man squad from the Zero Division immediately appeared beside Zoro.
"Take him away."
"Yes, Rear Admiral Kuina."
With the battle between Kuina and Zoro finally over, the Straw Hat Pirates were left with only one active fighter.
Luffy.
"Stay here and clean up the battlefield. Transfer all prisoners onto the warships."
After the Marines acknowledged her orders, Kuina headed toward the center of town where the battle between Doflamingo and Luffy was still raging.
At this point, the fight had already reached its climax.
One side wielded the awakened String-String Fruit.
The other fought with Gear Fourth activated for the second time.
Nearby, Ryokugyu leaned lazily against a massive tree, chewing bubble gum while watching the battle with visible amusement.
Kuina soon arrived beside him.
"Vice Admiral Ryokugyu, aside from Luffy, the entire Straw Hat crew has been captured."
Ryokugyu nodded casually.
"Well done, Kuina."
After giving her report, Kuina looked toward the distant battlefield and raised an eyebrow.
"Vice Admiral Ryokugyu, are you still not planning to end this?"
Ryokugyu shrugged.
"Well... I wanted to watch a little longer."
"But if this drags on, something unexpected could happen."
Kuina spoke seriously.
Ryokugyu scratched his messy hair helplessly.
"Yeah, yeah, I got it."
"Do your best, Vice Admiral. Don't lose."
The corner of Ryokugyu's mouth twitched.
"Hey, at least pretend to have faith in me."
Too lazy to argue with Kuina's teasing, he began walking toward the battlefield.
Meanwhile, inside the colosseum...
Gibbs had already been defeated by Sabo.
Sabo kicked off the ground and leaped onto the platform where the Flame-Flame Fruit rested.
"He won!"
"So the Flame-Flame Fruit belongs to him now!"
Amid the crowd's shocked cries, Sabo grabbed the fruit.
A faint smile rose onto his face.
"Ace... your will... will be inherited by me."
Then, right before everyone's stunned eyes, he took a huge bite from the fruit.
"He ate it immediately?!"
"That guy's got guts! He actually consumed the Devil Fruit right here!"
"Where's Doflamingo?! Isn't anyone going to stop this?!"
Unfortunately, Doflamingo had no time to care about what was happening in the colosseum.
Right now, he was too busy dealing with an extremely troublesome opponent.
Soon after swallowing the fruit, Sabo felt a strange surge of energy flow through his body.
He raised his right hand.
Boom!
Flames instantly ignited from his palm.
"The Flame-Flame Fruit is mine now!"
After briefly adjusting to his newfound power, Sabo rushed out of the colosseum.
He was going to help Luffy fight Doflamingo.
Not far away, Doflamingo swung his hand violently, smashing Luffy from the air straight into the ground.
As time passed, Gear Fourth was rapidly approaching its limit.
Meanwhile, Doflamingo still looked like he had strength to spare.
"Damn it... I can't fall here!!"
Luffy still had no idea that Zoro and the others had already been captured by the Marines.
Struggling to his feet, he charged at Doflamingo once again.
"Straw Hat brat! Go to hell!!"
Doflamingo roared as endless strings shot toward Luffy at terrifying speed.
But at that exact moment, a massive wave of flames suddenly erupted, instantly burning away the strings in front of him.
"Fire Fist!!!"
Boom!!!
Flames exploded across the battlefield as Sabo landed beside Luffy.
"Doflamingo..."
"From here on, your opponent is me!"
