I walked over into the section to see a variety of different titles

My father left me at the library.
I really had nothing else to do so I got to reading

I sat there processing the information for a minute, then picked up another book.

" There are two types of inner Magna produced by our bodies, hot magna, and cold magna. Each body can only produce one type of inner magna and can only consume that type of magna crystal.
But if someone consumes a magna crystal of another type, they will lose some inner magna.
(ex: hot inner magna type consuming cold magna crystal)
You can tell if a magna crystal is hot or cold by simply touching it and feeling its temperature.
Usually, hot magna crystals grow in hot places like deserts.
And cold Magna crystals grow in cold places like mountains.
People with a hot Magna type slowly lose their outer magna while they are in a cold climate and so will hot places for those with a cold inner magna type.
Also, cold places are the best place for someone with a cold inner magna type to meditate, and vice versa for hot inner magna types.
Meditating is an act that strengthens the magna veins by creating a constant circulation of magna around the body.
