Chapter 6 - PMIN: Chapter 6

In response to Kushina's request, Kenji didn't reply, but instead reached out and pulled away the body pillow that was lying between them, then moved closer.

Feeling Kenji's sudden presence, Kushina's face instantly turned red, and her voice trembled slightly.

"Idiot Kenji, what are you doing?"

"This blanket is so short, and I'm not fully covered either. If we take the body pillow away, we can both be covered. We're brothers, no need to be so formal."

As he spoke, Kenji suddenly reached out and hugged Kushina. Seeing Kushina open her mouth, about to question him, he quickly spoke first.

"You know me, I always need to hold a stuffed animal when I sleep. There shouldn't be anything wrong between brothers, right? Let's just sleep together, purely hugging."

After saying that, Kenji closed his eyes.

Looking at Kenji's somewhat rogue-ish face, Kushina suppressed the urge to give him a good kick and closed her own eyes as well.

Originally, Kushina wanted to discuss with Kenji what Tsunade would teach tomorrow, but now she had no mood for it at all.

The next morning, Kenji slowly opened his eyes, reaching out to rub his sore lower back.

If he had known it would be like this, he would have slept on the sofa rather than sleep with Kushina.

Who could have imagined that Kushina's sleeping posture would be so terrible? She kicked Kenji off the bed several times throughout the night, almost breaking his back.

Looking at Kushina, who was still fast asleep, Kenji shook his head, then slowly walked out of the room.

"Wow, you are really punctual. I was wondering if anyone would be late."

Tsunade looked at Kenji and his team with a warm smile on her face.

"Even if you smile like a flower, it doesn't hide the fact that you're late. It's already past noon, we agreed to meet at ten, right?"

Kenji gave Tsunade a deadpan look, retorting.

Tsunade reached out and ruffled Kenji's hair.

"Haha, don't worry about such small details. I wanted to come earlier today, too, but the seal of the blankets was too strong. Besides, you're showing that kind of look at such a young age, you won't be able to find a girlfriend in the future, you know."

Afterwards, Tsunade led the three to a forest near the Hokage Rock.

"Alright, let's cut the crap. Now that we're here, let's eat first."

After saying that, Tsunade took the lead in picking up a lunch box and opening it. Looking at the dishes inside, Tsunade couldn't help but exclaim.

"Not bad, having such cooking skills at such a young age. Looking at it this way, our team's meals won't be bad in the future."

Kenji also picked up a lunch box and sat down next to Tsunade.

"But I heard that other teams' leaders treat their team members to a big meal to celebrate the team's formation."

"Haha, well, my funds are a bit tight right now. When my luck turns around, not to mention a big meal, I'll treat you guys for a whole week!"

After saying that, Tsunade began to eat heartily. She hadn't eaten anything today. After getting up, brushing her teeth, and washing her face, she rushed here, and her stomach had long been empty.

Looking at the dishes in front of her, Mikoto felt a great sense of frustration.

She was actually worse at cooking than a boy. She had completely lost in terms of womanly virtues.

However, she quickly immersed herself in the delicious food, and she forgot her slight frustration.

Tsunade patted her stomach in satisfaction, then looked at the three sitting in front of her, saying.

"Today, we'll start by learning tree climbing. Not the tree climbing you're thinking of, but using chakra to climb trees."

As she spoke, Tsunade slowly walked up a nearby tree. Her feet seemed to have glue on them, sticking firmly to the tree trunk, and she walked up to the treetop as if walking on flat ground.

Just as Tsunade was about to accept the adoring gazes of her three students, she saw that Kushina, like her, had also "walked" onto a tree.

"What's this? I thought we were going to learn some amazing techniques. It's just a technique to train chakra control. Not to mention climbing trees, I can even walk on water."

Looking at Kushina's smug look, Tsunade's gaze turned to Kenji and Mikoto below.

"Me too."

"I also learned this under my father's guidance."

Tsunade jumped down from the tree, then reached out and rubbed her forehead. Sometimes, having students who were too outstanding wasn't a good thing, because it would take away a lot of the sense of accomplishment of being a teacher.

Tsunade had originally wanted to wait for Kenji and the others to fall from the tree a few times, and then act as a "savior" to point out the techniques.

"In that case, you guys can practice on your own. Kenji, you come with me."

Although they didn't understand what Tsunade's arrangement meant, Kushina and Mikoto still went to practice their ninjutsu.

"Mikoto has the Uchiha clan's heritage, and Kushina has the Uzumaki clan's heritage, so Kenji, what do you want to learn?"

Tsunade looked at Kenji, who was somewhat lazy, and asked.

Just as she said, Mikoto, as a member of the Uchiha clan, didn't need her to interfere too much. And Kushina was being personally taught by the current Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, Mito Uzumaki.

Therefore, only Kenji, who had no background, had no external help other than Charmander.

"Sensei, I want to learn medical ninjutsu."

Looking at Kenji's serious face, Tsunade couldn't help but ask curiously.

"Medical ninjutsu? Usually, people your age like those cool, powerful ninjutsu. Why would you think of learning medical ninjutsu? Could it be because of a question of fate?"

Faced with Tsunade's question, Kenji responded without thinking.

"The purpose of my learning medical ninjutsu is to protect my comrades. That way, when Kushina or Mikoto are injured in the future, I can help them as soon as possible."

Looking at Kenji, who didn't seem to be lying, Tsunade's gaze softened a bit.

"To protect others, huh? That's not something a qualified ninja would say, but I like it."

"In that case, come to my house tomorrow. Medical ninjutsu isn't such a simple thing; you need to master professional knowledge."

Tsunade reached out and patted Kenji's shoulder, saying this.

"Learning is the easiest thing for me. Do you know why I can get a hundred points on every exam?"

Hearing this, Tsunade couldn't help but ask curiously:

"Why?"
