"What do we have here?" Damon muttered, looking at the person before him.
"How did you get up here, human?" The person asked with a frown, staring back at Damon with obvious distaste and idle curiosity, rather than wariness. The fact that Damon had gotten up there without their knowledge didn't make them feel threatened. There were many bizarre abilities in this world, and teleportation was the least bizarre of them.
"Well, even though it's none of your business, elf." Damon replied with a smile. "But let's just say I like a high vintage point where I can overlook everything."
"Strange, talking to me how you like, do you not know who I am, human?" The elf asked.
"How am I supposed to know who you are, elf? Am I supposed to know every single person from a lesser race?" Damon replied without missing a beat.
