Chapter 35 - Chapter 35 – Summoning Eighteen, Super Speed Movement Ability

Each ding from the Destroyer System made Leo's grin grow wider and wider.

A huge harvest! Points, gear, and now—someone new joining the team!

When did the System get so generous? It almost felt guilty for how good this was.

"Heh, System, what's gotten into you?"

[Replying to host: Each time the host concludes a major storyline, the Destroyer System calculates rewards based on the level of disruption caused.]

Leo's eyes lit up. "Oh, hell yes! That's fantastic!"

"Heh, then I'll just keep breaking things and making people panic. My kind of fun."

It was exactly what he loved—messing with people, playing the big shot, and collecting beauties while climbing to the top of the world.

He'd make these so-called "natives" feel what true domination meant.

"System, summon Android 18 first. I want to meet my new bodyguard."

[As the host wishes. Commencing summoning of Android 18.]

The air in front of Leo split open with a tearing sound as a shimmering spatial rift appeared.

Out of the light stepped a woman who looked like she'd walked straight out of a comic panel—sleek blonde bob, sharp amber eyes, and an aura that radiated both danger and allure.

Android 18.

Or rather—the System's recreation of her, perfectly modeled after the original.

Her every step shimmered faintly with light, curves moving like art in motion. Clearly, the System had "customized" her to fit Leo's… preferences.

But Leo knew she wasn't just for show.

She was a powerful combat android—human in base form but rebuilt from the inside out. With a self-sustaining energy core, her energy output was infinite, and her aging process nearly halted. She didn't need food, only water for maintenance.

Her face was calm and confident, with a touch of mystery. Behind that cool demeanor hid a fiery will. She wasn't great at showing emotion, but there was a stubborn spark in her. A tsundere through and through—cold on the surface, caring underneath.

And yes, she liked money and fashion, just like any normal woman.

Leo was admiring her from head to toe when she suddenly tilted her head, studying him.

So, this was her Master? She wanted to test his strength.

Without warning, she strode forward, hips swaying with mechanical precision and seductive rhythm.

"My dear Master…" she said softly, her breath warm against his cheek. "Am I beautiful?"

Before Leo could even respond, she pushed him flat onto the ground.

Her amber eyes burned with playful defiance—like a lioness testing its tamer.

Leo gulped. "Y-Yeah, you're beautiful, but maybe we could—uh—start with a less aggressive introduction?"

"No," she said with a smirk. "I like this approach."

Leo sighed. Of course she does.

After a brief but "memorable" moment of chaos, Leo stood up again, soaked but grinning.

"System, you really know how to pick them."

He snapped his fingers, condensing moisture in the air into a burst of cool rain that drenched them both—a quick cleanup.

[Ding! Detected storyline character Android 18. Host, do you wish to extract one of her abilities? Each extraction costs one million System Points.]

Leo grinned. "Only a million? Pocket change. Do it."

[Extracting… please wait.]

A digital slot machine appeared before him, spinning rapidly.

Biu! Biu! Biu!

Then—Boom!

[Ding! Congratulations to host for acquiring the ability: Super Speed. Do you wish to merge immediately?]

"Merge it."

[Commencing merge… please wait.]

A wave of power surged through Leo's body as time seemed to stretch around him.

[Merge complete. Host may now test the ability.]

Leo closed his eyes, took a breath, and activated Super Speed.

The world froze.

Raindrops hung motionless in midair. The breeze fell silent. Everything around him came to a stop.

"This feeling…" he whispered. "Just like Quicksilver."

He turned, and to his surprise, Android 18 was standing there—completely unaffected.

"Master, you have Super Speed too?" she asked, eyes wide with surprise.

"Bingo," Leo said proudly, grinning. "Your Master's basically omnipotent."

Android 18 gave a teasing smile. "Wow, Master, you're so amazing. Truly impressive."

Her tone was pure sarcasm, but Leo ignored it.

Super Speed wasn't just about moving fast—it was about bending time. Within a thousand-meter radius, the world seemed paused.

So, this is what it feels like to be a god among men.

He now had Instant Teleportation and Super Speed—the perfect combo for hit-and-run tactics.

All he needed was a good weapon—a sharp little blade, maybe something fit for close work.

"As a gentleman," Leo muttered, "I prefer stabbing over punching."

He smirked to himself. "Wolverine… Wakanda… maybe I'll pay them a friendly visit next."

And just like that, his next target was already chosen.
