Kermit's POV
I kept my predatory gaze locked on her trembling form as I reached for my phone. My fingers moved with deliberate precision as I dialed Tonia's number. She answered after several rings.
"Get to my office. Right now." I ended the call without waiting for a response.
Solace's eyes widened in panic, her body instinctively trying to rise from the degrading position I had forced her into.
"Did I give you permission to move?" My voice cut through the air like a blade, freezing her mid-motion.
She stared at me in disbelief, her mouth falling open in shock at my cold command.
"But I assumed that since someone else is coming, I could—"
"Your assumptions mean nothing to me, Solace. If you refuse to follow my orders, you'll be banished from this Pack before midnight."
Terror flashed across her features. I knew exactly which threat would break her. Being separated from me was her greatest nightmare. I wasn't even sure she was worried about the kids.
