As Hyoei got home he notices his uncle isn't home. Hyoei sits down on the bed and uses the MCD to text his friends, and prepare the most he can mentally for tomorrow's test in school.
An MCD is the abbreviation for Magical Communication Device: All you need to turn it on and text friend's numbers is to just have enough Existence Value, some MCD's can range from 15 to 1500+ Magical Essence required to use, Hyoei only has enough EV to just use the Low EV consuming device, somem can even make calls or video calls on a hologram platform.
Hyoei texts in the friend group of 4 in total: Yuki, Hiroshi and Yuto. They keep texting and talking about the test tomorrow but just for Hyoei to fall asleep mid conversation.
In the Morning

The point of the test is to see how advanced one's Existence Value is: And they can check that using the TAR, abbreviated for: The Aether Resonator, A tall glass pillar filled with shimmering liquid that reacts to the user's Existence Value. When someone touches the base plate, the liquid glows and swirls with colors and intensity based on their EV type and capacity. The People above 5k EV get representative roles of nations or have highly valued political roles, in this life only 2 things matters, nobilty and power.
There's 5 types of EV based in Glowing, Colors and their Intensity:
Type 1 releases the colour black, a person having black aura usually reaches their max potential at 400 EV
Type 2 of EV makes the TAR show the colour green, representing mediocricity, most people get an avarage EV of 1000
Type 3 represents hard word and the color yellow, an average amount of EV is said to be 4500 or over..
Type 4 represents the color red.. Anyone with Type 4 EV is said to have Immeasurable potential, but whether that is true or not is unknown since Type is such a rare instance..
Type 5 can represent two colors. The First Color, Gray resembles a long path that takes to beings to the pinnacle power, accompanied with friend and happiness. The color white resembles loneliness, not necessarily a sad path, but one without comrades. This is such a rare instance that only 1 person every Universal Year is said to be Type 5 EV. A Universal Year is 100,000,000 years, which means only 1 person has a Type 5 EV every 100,000,000 years...
How TAR works is when a person places both their hands on the Glass, the number will show up which represents the Magical Essence your current state, and your potential.
After the teachers had explained everyone what to do the first person to actually test is Hyoei, his EV is estimated to be around 124 EV Points, but when it came to his potential it showed yellow color. When Hyoei looked at the results he was surprised, but knew he had to work hard to obtain more power.
After the test Hyoei and Yuki talked about what they've got, Yuki seemed to have gotten the color green, meaning her EV is Type 2.. The most common but not least potent of them..

The Vo'ryen Shariate is the Mightiest Empire of the Southern part of the Universe, Which we know the Southern part of the universe reaches over 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 AU in Diameter. From that 1/93rd of it belongs to The Vo'ryen Shariate, though since most of the southern Universe is unexplored there are still
a lot of space to explore, but they would need to get a clear path there, so they are preparing to attack 4 nations at once.
The Force of the Vo'ryen Shariate... Hundreds of Billions of soldiers stood ready for command... The surrounding Nations have come up with a plan to make a meeting whether they should confront the Empire themselves and beg for peace or try to fight back..? The plan of the Great Empire will be carried out by none other than the right hand man of An'kael, Reiva'an.
Back with Hyoei...
When Hyoei returned home, the faint scent of incense drifted through the entryway. It seemed Nakamura was back.
"Uncle Nakamura,"Hyoei called, stepping into the living room."Where were you last night? You weren't home."
Which Nakamura replies with,"I was meeting with Hanafuda. We discussed the nation's future. These are… difficult times. Even now, neighboring empires are threatening us."
Hyoei thinks for a moment then..".. Uncle, what makes one want to invade this Nation? We are living in peace, minding our business and we even get threatened for doing that?! What kind of logic is that?.."Hyoei says while having a sweat roll down his forehead
Nakamura's gaze softened, but his voice grew heavy. "Hyoei, it's not as simple as it might seem. That is what I was talking to Hanafuda about. Still, that's not a burden for you to carry. Not yet."
Hyoei simply goes out of the room and jumps on the couch to relax while texting Yuki about future exams or possible tests like today's.
Somewhere far beyond the stars, an unseen voice whispered through the void:
